Great hotel!Posted Mar 1, 2018
Pros: Great staff and the wine and treats from 5-6pm everyday. The first hotel we've ever been to that had this. Such a nice treat!
Location: So close to Holborne station, Covent Garden and so many resto close by.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and ready to help. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel is close to Holborne station and very close to restos. The best treat was the wine and treats from 5-6pm everyday and the coffee/tea 24/7! What an awesome treat!

Perfect location!Posted Feb 20, 2018
Pros: The little extra's that really helped our stay! coffee/tea/coke fruit, nuts, snacks and happy hour
Cons: Remove the carpet
Location: Everything at your doorstep! BRILLIANT property and location!
Great city stay with cooking facilities as was here for a week catching up with my daughter! Fabulous location, service and facilities! The only thing I would change is the carpet - it makes the rooms look old. Personally I'd do a floating floor board . Otherwise we had a fabulous room overlooking Kingsway - everything we needed at our doorstep! The hotel 'extra's' is what makes it! What hotel gives you complimentary coffee/tea/coke fruit, nuts, snacks and happy hour all for free!

Good value hotel in a great locationPosted Feb 12, 2018
Pros: Great location, good rooms and service
Cons: Rooms could be modernised slightly but that is being picky
Excellent location right on Lincoln Inn Fields, 3 minutes walk to Holburn station and 10 mins walk to Covent Garden. Check In was super quick and seamless and room was a good size with good facilities, inc a desk and sofa area which was useful also lots of plug sockets too on the table and around the bed which isn't the case in a lot of hotels. The TV and stereo set up is good, you can pair your phone to the TV etc and cast TV and Music which is a nice touch. There was a well lit bathroom and really good shower too. There is water stations on each floor and free tea, coffee and snacks on the ground floor which are good to grab on your way out.

Hotel in London's theatre districtPosted Jan 31, 2018
Pros: Clean and functional room, restaurant and bar, helpful staff. We left an item behind which was found and posted, we are very grateful.
Cons: The building temperature control system (external) was slightly noisy, a quieter system would improve the guest experience
Location: Theatres (Drury Lane area) a short walk away. Restaurants and bars nearby, also museums (we walked to the Imperial War Museum).
Well furbished hotel very convenient to theatres and restaurants, pleasant surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel for a short breakPosted Jan 14, 2018
This hotel is a hidden gem! Fantastic location, amazing service and large, quiet, comfortable rooms. Lots of extra attention to detail that make this a hotel to return to - now on my third return visit this year. 5 minutes away from the tube and easy to walk to covent garden or any of the theatres. Highly recommended.

Pina was great! Very friendly and helpful! Pleasantly surprised to wake up at midnight in New Year’s Eve to a brilliant firework display on the rooftop of the hotel across the street!

Really wonderful experience. Spacious rooms. Staff were always friendly and ready to give a hand. Free coffee and snacks at the lounge at all times. They provide free umbrellas when it rains which was very thoughtful.
