This property is outdated and needs lots of work. The ac doesn't work well in rooms which I guess wasn't all bad since there were no blankets on the bed just a very thin bedspread of sorts , the floors in our room need lots of work. The hot tub doesn't work, I could go on and on. If I had a reservation for more than one night I would cancel the rest of the nights.

This remodeled hotel was slapped back together. The fitness center could be better. There are also vending machines that don’t work. The water took forever to get hot. It was windy outside so the television didn’t work, Direct TV. Price for it all was alright. Better than the next hotel down the road. Front staff were cordial. Because it’s Winslow, I’d say I’d stay here again to get my points.

We just needed a place to rest our heads so all we cared about was a clean room and bed. It was that. The customer service was non existent and the breakfast was a joke. Totally convenient for cross country travellers.

The telephone and TV in the room did not work. The parking area that I parked my vehicle had no lighting. I informed the front desk clerk when I was checking out anticipating that I would get a discount, but the clerk did not respond nor apologize.

The front desk person was rude. Did not want to talk to about adding a person to a room. Donica, the Manager is very friendly & welcoming. I wish her employee's were like that too. I asked a family friend to check us in for another night. The same unfriendly person from the desk person pounded on my door, as I was still sleeping, asking if I was staying another night. I said yes, I asked my friend to check us back in, very rudely, she told me I had to come do it myself. Very unprofessional. Donica, on the other hand, was very helpful and polite.

It was dirty, room had a bad smell. Neighbor's were loud the entire stay, never staying there again.

We've always enjoyed the quietness but this weekend was abit loud in the hallways after 11pm. on thre 26th. The next morning we wentdown to have some breakfast but there was no milk left in the pitcher, no muffins but i just let it be. Be nice if the person at the front desk would check on these every now and then. And perhaps change out the pancake maker with a waffle maker.

The hotel has been recently (?) remodeled but little things have been missed: the door to our room needed to be "slammed" to stay shut, the door handle bumpers on the walls were old and rusted. Some of the doors to the outside did not close tightly causing a major draft in the hallway, no blanket on the bed; just a sheet and the spread. All that aside, the staff was very cordial, the room was beautiful and the breakfast although limited was very nice.

The room was clean. It’s fine if you are not looking for any frills and just a place to sleep. The bedding was terrible. There was just a sheet and a very thin nylon cover. No blanket. It’s great if you like static all night every time you move. The ice machine looked old and unkept. I didn’t take the chance on getting ice from it. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Door to the room was sagging, and very hard to open and close. Breakfast was extremely meager. Jets in the hot tub were the wimpiest I've ever seen. Didn't have high expectations for this hotel, and they did not exceed my expectations.

The vibe was calm, the staff is friendly and helpful but the breakfast was very simple there was only juice and muffins it’s more of a grab and go. If you’re hungry you’re better off going to the Dennys or McDonalds nearby. The building looks old my room had cracks in the bathroom. The hot water sucks but it’s a good place to sleep and go.
