"I came with my elderly mother to her favourite retreat, the stay was relaxing and very kept and had beautiful decor. The area was a beautiful spot but the hill is very steep, we we’re aware of the as we’ve been to swanage many times and also Ros advised us before we booked, he was also very helpful to our needs, we found him very approachable. "The property is very well located to the beach, town, bus and train station. The house is clean and very comfortable with so many extras like toys and beach items (buckets, spades, crabbing stuff, kites etc) which was a lovely surprise as I packed light! We had great communication from the host and all the house was full of really useful information about surrounding walks and attractions. As a family with young children we found this the perfect place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again"

"This was a lovely property in a beautiful location. The garden was great for the two dogs that we brought. The host showed us around when we arrived and said if we needed anything just to ring this was comforting. The only slight draw back was it could have been a little cleaner in fact there were a pair of knickers under one of the beds presumably left by a previous tenant!"

"Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. "Really lovely hotel. Maybe a little tired but very clean and in a perfect location for walking to the beach and SW coast path. Staff very welcoming. We took our dog and he was welcomed with a separate eating area next to the restaurant so he could stay with us for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of choice. Bar and outside sitting areas with lovely views to the sea and all dog friendly. Highly recommend. "
