Pros: comfort and easy access to old Prague.
The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast cost 10 euros. Across the road was a couple of restaurants that served good food. The trams stop outside the hotel so getting in and out of old Prague was a doddle and the tram tickets cost about £4 depending on exchange rates and once validated on the first use, remain useable for a 24 hour period on any tram, bus, underground train and on the funicular. So on the map there are better positioned hotels for old Prague but Parkhotel Praha offers better value for money because it is a bit cheaper by not being so central but you can be in the thick of the tourist areas in 10 easy minutes.

Security of the hotel

A man break into our room arc 7:27 am in the morning and the staff are blaming us on not locking the door properly and this should be their responsibility and obligation to keep the residents safe. We have police statement

We are a couple but unfortunately we had two single beds out together. That was a bit uncomfortable but the rest was ok.

Definitely not 4 star!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The reception and restaurant areas are very modern but when you reach your bedroom it is a very different story. The room was cold, very basic with worn furniture and the mini bar was turned off, empty and in fact didn’t even have a shelf inside. On a positive note there is a tram which takes you to the centre in a few minutes. this hotel is a 2/3 star.

Bad staff

Posted Oct 31, 2017
Pros: the lobby was nice but not very welcoming.
Cons: paint the rooms change the colors.
Location: location is okay beside The National Contemporary Art Gallery.
Windows leaked in rain. Lumpy pillow. Stayed 4 nights not once hoovered room. poor TV, it keep stalling. Staff, not polite, just the one or two actually similes. Breakfast food felt mass factory produced. It a conference hotel all the way. Don't expect much. noisy beds, hence noisy neighbors. Had a an aerial view to a construction site. could have been told about this before booking.
