"The property easily accommodated our large extended family. There are several places to gather; the deck is awesome; the family room and kitchen are big enough for everyone to eat together. Football fans escaped to the movie room to watch football. We even had a family talent show in the large family room. "

"We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast. Although we enjoyed doing our fair share of walking around town, having access to the shuttle service was such a huge benefit, that alone would make me book again. "
