Amazing B&B!
Our stay was amazing! The wife and I decided to take a weekend getaway and try something other than the typical hotel/resort. We are so happy that we chose the Baert Baron Mansion. The house itself was built in the 1870's, and Vic and Anna have worked tirelessly to recapture that historic ambiance. The house, grounds, rooms, furniture, etc., are beautiful. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the Baron Suite and the bed was super comfortable to sleep on and they have a separate set of reclining chairs to relax on to read a book as well as a separate table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast in the comfort of your room. The breakfasts were also fantastic! They were southern style breakfasts that included quiche, delicious sausage patties, fresh fruit, pastries, juice and coffee. We stayed two nights and both breakfasts were different but equally delicious. Lastly, Vic and Anna were amazing! They are awesome people to just talk with. You can tell that they truly enjoy what they do, serving others and try to bring some joy and happiness to others lives. Wish we could've stayed longer just to get to know them better and talk with them. We will be returning in the future. We couldn't recommend this bed and breakfast more! Vic and Anna have done a wonderful job and a huge thank you to them for making our stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely loved first walking in the doors and feeling welcomed by our host Anna. The entire stay was amazing and we felt at home quickly. Everything was beyond expectation and we intend on returning within a few months for another stay. By far one of the best and most impressive places I have stayed in.

Relaxing Retreat!! And Treats!!
Anna and Visit c are exceptional hosts. From the moment you step in the door you feel at home. They have spent an enormous amount of time renovating the 147 year old mansion. Anna is a phenomenal chef and the decadent deserts are a very special treat!! Their location in Zeeland is in the heart of the town that feels like Mayberry USA. With easy access to GRR airport, Holland, Saugatuck and more I can’t imagine a better place to stay to see all the sites in eastern Michigan. 10/10. Will definitely stay again!!
