Pros: That it was clean
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: When into the Saugatuck area for food and shopping, and the beach
weekend getaway, the hotel was clean, the desk clerk was professional and nice!

Convenient location

Posted Sep 15, 2016
Convenient location on the highway within walking distance of downtown. Room was ok except that we were on the 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR! Breakfast was better than most.

Saugatuck stay

Posted Sep 14, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: General stair area to upper floor - you have to pass restrooms en route and there is no elevator.
Location: Nearby are the pictureque towns of Saugatuck and Holland each with a variety of nice shops and there is a very nice 90 minute paddle boat ride.
Hotel is in easy distance of main tourist part of town - just a short drive away. There is no lift to second floor which may be a problem for some - although they offered at check-in to help. The bedroom looked a little less tidy than one might expect - bed wasn't tucked in tidily and pillow cases looked too big for the pillows - adding to the less tidy experience. There was no safe box in the room. The breakfast selection was fine. Overall the hotel looks better on the outside than it does on the inside. Staff were very friendly though.

Decent hotel but seriously overpriced that night

Posted Sep 12, 2016
Must have been bad timing, because $190 for one night is more than the best western is worth. It is, however, a decent hotel located only 5 minutes from the docks on Saugatuck. Staff was polite and the breakfast (included) was good. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Other guests were unfortunately noisy at night.

The hotel was ok. The bed wasn't that comfortable, the pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. You could see that they do it yourself construction on the rooms. our room was very noisy. The continental breakfast was good and the distance to downtown Saugatuck was good.

Great overnight stay!

Posted Aug 30, 2016
Location: Good. In a great location for sights.
Great overnight stay with good breakfast and coffee. Close to the city of Saugatuck but not in it. Blue Star Highway was difficult to drive due to construction. Liked the frig in the room. Good shower.

Grazioso albergo solo all'esterno

Posted Aug 17, 2016

Cons: They need an elevator.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and adequate for sleeping. The continental breakfast could use some healthier cereal options.
