Holland Tulip Festival.

Cons: Heat the pool
Location: Stores, restaurants nearby. Holland downtown 5 minutes away.
When we arrived, the room type (King /non smoking)we booked was sold out. We were automatically rebooked in a King Exec Suite (2 rooms and Jakuzzo)!! Everything about the hotel was good. Breakfast, business center, staff. My only regret was that the indoor pool was not heated. Location was quiet even though it was near but not directly on M31. Holland was 5 minutes away.

Convenient

The bed was exceedingly comfortable. The room was super quiet with good temperature control and constant fan. The manager and staff were excellent; friendly and helpful.

Won't use again

Pros: Price but I got what I paid for.
Hotel blamed Expedia for the fact I received a Handicap room. The shower went all over the bathroom floor even when the curtain was pulled across. There was no channel guide to the TV and the pillows were foam and too firm. Hotel was next to the Hampton Inn and next time I will stay there.

The service was excellent. Staff went out of their way to make sure to accommodate us and meet our needs. Very friendly environment. I highly recommend.

Nice and easy!

Nice room that fit our big family. Nice pool and hot tub too. Clean and safe with easy outdoor entrance but also entrance into the main area of the hotel. Great arrangement!

The entire front desk was unbelievably helpful, curtiuos and nice Stephanie was out of this world friendly and went above and beyond to help our two rooms and accommodate us in anyway she could! She even went as far as making me a waffle one morning because the day before another quest messed up the waffle machine, I didn't have time to eat the next morning and made the waffle for me!! We stay out of town often and by far this was the best treatment from all your employees then I've ever had!!
