Can improve overall cleanliness. Inside of windows dirty and needs tlc. Spot in shower of 247 not clean. Walls and ceilings show drywall patches and stains. Beds and floors clean so that was good. Breakfast was good and service great! Coffee not so good.

The property was located close to the downtown area. It was clean and the staff was courteous. Our room was next to a family that had an infant so sleeping was not the greatest but that was not the fault of the hotel.

This was a great hotel for us as it was centrally located to all the antique shops. Easy to find, very nice staff, and great breakfast. The black out shades were two different lengths and one side was 2 inches above the bottomof the widow, so it let in a lot of light. Unfortunatley for us, the king size bed was too soft and killed my back, so i got very little sleep.

Very good value. Front desk very friendly and welcoming. Beds and pillows comfortable. Having coffee and tea available as well as chocolate chip cookies throughout afternoon nice touch. Breakfast offerings were far more than expected.

I stayed there 25 years ago and it hasn’t changed. In a bad way. The property needs to be bombed. Seriously. Old, warn, filthy and a cleaning room staff who begs for tips by knocking at your door at different times of the day holding towels. Not kidding! The only nice, helpful people were the 2 gals at the front desk on 2 different shifts, albeit in tee shirts and or sweat pants. It looked like they were called into their shifts while sleeping & fell out of bed to get to work quickly. The young man at breakfast said I’m sorry at least 4 times as there were several items out of stock. He actually took a picture of the fridge & shelves in the back room showing my how bare it was. We won’t be back.

Room was not really that clean. There was a dirty wash cloth in the corner of the room and it was kinda dusty. The sheets on the bed also has quite a few stains

It was conveniently located; the staff was polite and the rooms were clean. The area felt very old with large vacant buildings adjacent to the property. The breakfast was also mediocre at best.

This was a great find! The property is clean and well maintained. The full breakfast was so good with lots of options for anyone. All the staff were friendly and courteous. If I could change one thing, I would have like housekeeping service every other day, but otherwise, it was wonderful. I will return!

Anniversary overnight stay
Overall hotel was ok. I dropped my pillow in the rainy parking lot. I removed one of the pillow cases to put on mine for the night and there was dried blood on the pillow. Room just needs aome updating in the bathroom. Free breakfast was pretty good. I could hear the ppl on either side of us.

The hotel was what I expected. It rained a lot so there was a leak in my room near the ac/heater unit. Water was on top of the unit inside the room and the floor was wet. Beyond that I was happy with my stay. The breakfast was really good!

We booked 2 nights at this property and we left after the 1st night. Pillowcases were filthy , bed sheets had stains and the floors upon entrance were also dirty. We ended up booking another hotel because we couldn’t stand to stay the second night. Asked the hotel for a refund for the second night and haven’t heard back.
