Good location however there was black mold on the shower handle and the toilet was not level or properly mounted to the floir. Looked like the Mystry Spot! Not up to the price of the room.

A place to sleep

It was as expected. The staff were friendly. It was in a good location, close to downtown. The price was right for what we got.

Staff: arrival 4 pm 4/5/18 and depart morning 4/7/18 were great! between guy couldn't be bothered to even look up let alone acknowledge guest. They need better clean staff or allow more time to them. Room floor debris, lots of hair in shower, it wasn't Mine! Refrig hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The room just needed a good cleaning, I guess decent price is trade off for clean. Other that that like I said 2 of the staff I would hire in a heartbeat.

Broken hair dryer. Sink did not drain quickly, mold on shower current, food fragments under bed, coffee carafe missing

Good Value for the money

This hotel could use a major upgrade. The molding around the tub was coming off, beds are not that comfy, the second room that we rented had a musty smell and was humid. Not the best part of town. However, for the money and the nice little breakfast, it was a fair deal. I would also note that I saw that it was $6 less per night, per room, when we checked in than what I paid.

Pros: price
Cons: fix plumbing
Toilet wouldn't flush, tub drained very slow had to stand in tub of water while showering and when getting out. Told checkout about this they did not seem concerned. He just mumbled sorry.

Great value in Holland!

Pros: Clean safe and good staff.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Location is safe and close to restaurants.
Very comfortable hotel, with great staff , very clean highly recommend this hotel a great value with good service.

Pleasant surprise

Pros: good rates, location. clean hotel & friendly staff.
Cons: cannot think of anything. Keep up the good work.
Location: was close to restaurants, shopping & highways.
the room was a nice size with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff was friendly & very accommodating.
