This would have been a good stay, but the hotel allows children to be in the pool and hot tub right up until it closes at 11pm - we were unable to use the hot tub because of children literally cannon balling into it. Very very loud, running around and screaming and hotel did nothing about it. Our room faced the pool, so this was bothersome. Staff even apologized in advance for the noise of the kids but continued to do nothing about it.

The shower in my room was terrible, it took literally 5 min to get hot water. Majority of the ice machines were broken, had to go to different floors for ice. Hot tub was broken, several guests complained about the same thing, room was average at best, facilities need an update. Staff @ the property were excellent

Misleading advertisement regarding pets.
Made reservations to stay over night after visiting family. Double tree Inn was advertised as pet friendly. Upon arrival front desk clerk informed me that absolutely no pets were allowed and not particularly helpful in finding another place to stay in her area. Now I am trying to get my $ back as I booked through Expedia and they won't refund us until they speak with Double Tree Inn and are unable to get anyone to answer their phone . Customer service???

I am sorry but expedia has it wrong on there site! However, guest services DID in fact help you with finding two different Hilton properties the Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn are BOTH pet friendly hotels and I was the one to find them for you my dear. Please do not say you didn't get any kind of help because you did. Have a great day Kathy, your friendly guest service agent (Jennifer). However, Expedia has to call us directly. Which they probably haven't. And that is what you get for booking third party. Love and light!

Mattress was terrible. Hurt my back. Almost asked for different room for 2nd night. No area tourist pamphlets availalbe. No Bible in room. 1st morning breakfast was cold, sausage hard, eggs and potato casserole empty. No hot water for tea. Definitely not worth the money. Lobby sitting area floor was dirty and needed swept. Will not stay at Doubletree Hilton again. I should have asked for partial refund. Stayed 2 night. On the plus side - the employees were pleasant.

The carpet in the hallways and elevator was very dirty. Called to ask to get in a little early, we were traveling 4 hours to get there, they said it would be highly unlikely. We were eventually able to get in a little early but I wouldn’t stay at this double tree again

Extremely disappointed with this Doubletree. We booked through Expedia (king room). We checked in with a room that had a balcony overlooking the indoor pool. The room smelled like pure chlorine - I mean we may as well have slept in the pool area. We asked if we could be changed to a room facing the opposite side of the hotel (husband has asthma). The front desk employee told us he was unable to move us because our room type specifically said “balcony” and we booked through Expedia. Mind you, the hotel was NOT sold out. We called Expedia and explained the situation. The agent said he was able to change the room type so that we can have our room number changed. But he claimed the property staff wouldn’t authorize the change without an additional $300-$400. Really? We weren’t asking for an upgrade. Simply to be moved to a room without intense chlorine smell. We ended up leaving and the front desk employee said no one from Expedia ever called. So who was lying? Unacceptable!! And unacceptable for a hotel that’s dirty, smelly and outdated.

If it wasn’t for getting into the room so late at night I would have left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. The room was not clean and had a horrible smell. Checked out early in the morning and headed out of there. The rest of the property wasn’t well kept. We stayed on level 1 and doors were broken, chipped paint on the hall walls and noisy guest when we got back late at night.

Overall it was a decent stay. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but this is not what I expect from the Hilton brand. Peeling wallpaper and wobbly furniture that is way overdue for an upgrade. The staff was excellent.

The pool was cloudy and had diaper pieces floating in it. The whole pool area smelled like urine. If your room has a balcony overlooking the pool, your room smells like that too. The breakfast they serve and charge for is the free breakfast at other places. They were severely understaffed, but the staff they did have were very pleasant. The cookie at check in was great. Overall very disappointing and I felt like I needed a shower after staying here.

Hotel was very run down very dusty everywhere. My kids are severely allergic to dust so this ruined everything. Amenities were horrible. Pool was filled with algae very dirty and nasty.

Hotel was gross. Pool was green and cloudy. Room was dingy and the walls were coming apart. The bathroom door looked like it had been chewed from the inside. Would never stay again.
