Nice Location.

Close enough to Branson, yet far enough to have peace and quiet. Nice lake setting, area is gated which I liked. Walls are a little thin..but what condo/hotel is not. Overall, pretty clean but headboard needs dusted better to bed. Liked having a kitchen to cook in. Good supply of pots, did need a sheet pan but made due with what was there.

NO HOT WATER!!!!!!

Pros: On the plus side, the room was very clean.
Cons: Check out rooms before you put people in them!! Make sure they have hot water! Need more luggage carts!
Location: There is NOTHING nearby, except the lake.
We booked this room through expedia at the last minute, and chose this resort because we were offered "50% off" through expedia. The pictures showed a beautiful resort sitting right on the water. What they didn't bother to tell us was that this particular room is what is often referred to as a "Lock out room", which is actually an extra bedroom of a larger condo. This room faced the parking lot, not the lake! I have a hard time believing that this room would EVER rent for the full price. No way. We had been traveling all day, so we basically unloaded our luggage, and crashed. We got up the next morning to jump in the shower before heading home, and suddenly realized we had NO HOT WATER!!! We were very upset. We called the front desk, and they accused us of USING ALL THE HOT WATER, and said it should heat up again in about an hour!!! We told them we had not used any water, and it was definitely ice COLD!! They kept acting like it was OUR FAULT!!! They finally said they would give us another key to go to another room to take a shower! We were totally frustrated, and decided to just hit the road, and go home without our showers. A young man then came to our door with a key for us to take a shower, but it was in a totally different building!!! We told them to forget it. They even refused to give us a discount!!! Would NEVER recommend this place

These are timeshare condominiums.

Pros: clean, near lake, although no view,
Cons: alot, more truth in advertising that this is not a real motel & is a condominium,a tremendous amount of soundproofing needs to be done.
Location: near the lake, close to Branson but very difficult to get to.
These should not be marketed as a hotel; they are timeshare condominiums that are very cheaply built; you can hear every noise of every neighbor & outside, the overnight rentals all face the parking lot not the lake, they are clean & the staff is friendly but they hold your room keys hostage until they try to tell/sell you all about Westgate Resorts.

Nice hotel on the lake

Pros: Lakeside view villas are very nice with screened in patios. All linens and cooking utensils are provided. Close to the marina and the water.
Cons: Of course it is too late now but the walls should have been insulated for sound transmission.
Our stay was very nice. Our only real concern was with the paper thin walls in our villa. We could hear people in the adjoining villas talking as if they were in the same room with us. In addition, one can hear people walking around in the second floor villa. This would be enough to keep us from coming back to this hotel in the future. It must be said that the marina that is associated with the hotel is quite nice and the in and out service at $20 per day is very useful if you have a boat with you.

Beautiful Condo Resort

Beautiful condo resort. Gorgeous lake views! Well appointed units, furnished and supplied with dishes, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Perfect for family vacation. Be aware that this is a time share facility and you'll be pressured at check-in to attend a presentation. Once we gave a firm, "no," we weren't bothered about it again.

Service & outside facilities were great. Room had a wonderful view. Room itself was dirty, outdated, and needed a complete facelift. Bed slept horribly and sheets had visible stains. Grossed my wife out. Wouldn't stay here again. Only stayed the one night. Wasn't worth the $200 for sure. Washed everything when we returned home for fear bed bugs. Building 2, 106B.

Beautiful view, nice rooms, but loud

Air conditioner was right by the porch and was loud. View was beautiful but the sound kind of ruined it. Also the noise between floors and rooms was loud. Needs more sound insulation.
