"It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view."

"Very convenient and cozy place. Employees and management were amazing, friendly and helpful. Only suggestion, the room we stayed in provided range, microwave and fridge. Range was awesome but there was no skillet/pan to make breakfast so we bought one and left for the next guests. Soap provided for dishes was for a dishwasher and not handwashing. Also bought that and left for the next guests. Nothing to clean dishes with except for 2 towels that had some miles on them so bought dish...

"Absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a no-frills but super clean kind of place, still a mom and pops place, then the Sea vista is the place for you. As I said low key. If you are wanting the fancy Adams mark or Holiday Inn keep driving. This place is super cute super clean run by super folks. It’s a shame begin history has push small businesses like this out. I’ll definitely be back"
