Luxury Beach Retreat with Elevator & Stunning Ocean Views Parking: Space for 2 cars Elevator Access: Easily reach every level First Floor – Relax & Recharge Master Suite (Sleeps 2): Your private oasis featuring a King bed, spa-like ensuite bath, and a covered deck for ultimate relaxation. Bedroom 2 & 3 (Each Sleeps 3): Fun bunk rooms with twin-over-full beds, smart TVs, and plenty of space for kids or friends. Extras: A convenient full hallway bath and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. Second Floor – Gather & Entertain Kitchen & Living Room: A fully-equipped kitchen with an island and bar seating flows into a cozy living room with a 65” smart TV. Step onto the deck for outdoor dining with ocean breezes. Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2): Comfortable Queen bed with a private ensuite bath—ideal for guests seeking extra privacy. Bonus: A convenient half bath for quick stops. Third Floor – Views & Vibes Oceanview Lounge: A breathtaking top-floor living area with panoramic ocean views, a second 65” smart TV, and a private deck—perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Bedroom 5 (Sleeps 2): A stylish Queen bedroom with a private full bath, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Dining Area: Gather around a table for 6, enjoying meals with a side of ocean breeze. Just a 1-mile beach walk to the Surf City Pier! Pool is open through October 31. Guest access: Full access to the house except from some Owner's cabinet. Interaction with guests: I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. Other details to note: We do allow pets. Two dogs up to 50 pounds with a non refundable $125.00 fee. We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days. If there are any issues with this space, please let us know upon arrival, otherwise we will consider it in great condition. Just a heads-up, we're moving some furniture, so there's an extra mattress in one of the bedrooms.
