Nice Hotel with Great Customer Service.

Pros: The Tiki Bar, the staff and the nice pool area.
Cons: Nothing. Hope it remains just as excellent once all the changes are in place.
Location: location is great across the street from the beach and the pool is on the intercoastal waterway. very relaxing
Stayed One night prior to our cruise.Great Hotel with excellent staff. Barbara at the front desk treated us like royalty and was very accommodating to our needs. She was so gracious and professional. Frank at the Tiki Hut made our evening relaxing after our long day and flight from Reno. Awesome pool and surroundings that are very relaxing. Staff/waitress in the morning breakfast buffet was very nice as well. Wish I remembered her name. All in al,l the entire staff was very friendly and made the stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Excellent value for the location.

3 day stay

This hotel was comfortable for my 3 days but there was construction going on inside and next door. This hotel is transitioning to a doubletree hotel.

Nice hotel,except for party next door.

Spent 3 nights after a cruise. On second night awakened by a loud party next door room at midnight. Very loud and annoying. Complained but went on and on. Complained again and after being told to stop ended after 2 hours. Hotel management did give me $100 credit and 2 free breakfast buffets but not what we would expect at this better hotel.

Hotel standard is slipping sadly

Been coming here for 7yrs, sadly hotel sadly in decline poss due takeover? Room noisy due works next door. Room and contents looked tired or non existent!! Overpriced for what you get. Expensive valet parking!

Excellent Choice!!!

Pros: The hotel aims to please. They go out of there way to help you.
Location: Location is excellent, a 15 min. drive from the airport. The board walk in Hollywood Beach is only a short distance away.
Good location in regards to beach, restaurants and airport. Stayed at this location on the last week of September.

The staff were great. The pool was marvelous. The hotel is probably 40 years old but they have made nice improvements.

Works onsite and on neighbour lot

The hotel staff gave us a room in floor 4 and in the 5th floor they were remodeling the whole floor. The noise was terrible. They gave us an upgrade for extra money and the manager gave it for free because we were angry. The lot next to the hotel was under construction, big building with machines and cranes. Very noisy. Very dissapointing not to know beforehand all these was going on.

The pool area is beautiful but the rooms are looking tired. We were in a newly renovated room but the bathroom didn't look renovated

Pros: breakfast was expensive but good
this hotel is soon to be a Hilton - good luck - my room was suppose to be a renovated room - the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the shower tile floor was soooo dirty i actually had to put a towel down on the shower floor - would never go there again - hope Hilton isn't stepping down to this level
