I already sent an email. My roon smelled like cigarettes then marijuana. Then maid put the gas on. I sent an email to expedia requesting a refund.

Horrible experience

Dont book...expedia has it as a 4.0 star hotel its a 2.5....I was extremely unsatisfied as this was my first trip with my girlfriend. The Hotel is run down....elevators are always broken and getting stuck. I had to drag my heavy luggage up flights of stairs because when I got there all elevators where down and when I left as well. The halls smelt like old cigarettes....there fees to use the amenities even though you may not use them. There is no free parking. You had to pay 28 dollars a day. So renting a car would be pointless. The windows were taped but you can still open the window. The bathroom walls and tub are horrible. you have to hold the knob to the toliet down for a minute just for it to flush.

Just find another place. What a dump. Btw each room can only have one ice bucket.

Beautiful views & Outstanding Staff!!!

Pros: The Staff! everyone was so friendly, kind, respectful and went well out of their way to make sure that every guest was fully taken care of!
Location: Everything is close to this hotel and within walking distance. The only time that we used our car was to go to Universal.
I visited this hotel the second week of June with my 2 kids, ages 17 & 22. The hotel is great, the staff is freaking awesome!!! We enjoyed every part of our stay here and will definitely be willing to visit it again! Everything that you need is either within the hotel or within walking distance from it.

Pros: It is close to the Beach
It was bad experience because I think they need to work very hard in how to treat the guess, they need to be more professional and many more thing in customers services

Rooms are super outdated... Some are renovated some are not. The entire hotel smells terrible.

Time to close it down

Hotel staff was rude. There was black mold throughout the motel. Pictures on website are false

It wasn't as organized as I expected. The elevator weren't working. The ice machine wa exhausted no ice.

Great beach access

Pros: Great beach access
Cons: Staff should go to customer service training, fix elevator, get rid of mold, provide hotel guests cheaper parking.
Location: Beach , restaurants all along the boardwalk but at night I didn't feel safe.
The hotel needs remodeling and a detailed cleaning. Hallway smells like mold and marijuana, elevator is always broken down. Parking for hotel guests is $28. a day. A/c in room did not work well, they had to provide me with a fan. Yeah you have the convenience of a little market in the premises but it is super expensive. At 6pm July 3rd, eve of holiday I was told they ran out of ice. Oh you can buy a bag in the market for Five buck!!
