“The view was beautiful and the pool by the canal was relaxing! Check in and check out were great and the people managing the beach chairs were super accommodating with allowing us to leave for lunch and return. I would love to come back. The view from the balcony was amazing! ”

“I didnt like the fact that not only was i handicap, i had to scoot across the road to get to.my room because the handicap elevator was out of order and was never fixed for the 10 days we were there. Having to pay for a parking permit when valet shouldve been for the people staying there or we couldve had access to parking in the garage was ridiculous. ”

“This condo building was terrible! There are about 350 units and only 4 elevators. We spent half of our time waiting for the elevator. And once we were in the elevator, we were crammed in like sardines. This is a huge safety concern and we would surely all die if there was a fire in the building. The pool and beach were incredibly crowded and we almost never got a seat. The building wi-fi did not work in the unit, and when I called and texted the host about this, they did not respond other...

“We requested an early check in and were granted the request. The first room we checked into had a queen bed, not a king bed as listed. It was also an adjoining room and we heard every sound the neighbors made. The host apologized and got us approved to move to another room however we had to wait several hours to make the switch. Once moved the room was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was super convenient to have the beach chairs available...
