good location near the airport

Pros: location and included breakfast
Cons: it needed to be freshened with new décor and improved A/C units.
Location: It was about 15 minutes from the airport so easy to get back to it. It is near casinos and not that far from the beaches.
The hotel was not bad especially for the price. It is in need of a refreshing makeover. Carpets are worn and some items are obviously old. The help were polite and friendly but the cleaning staff didn't always replace all the towels. We started with 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. The next day we got 2 wash cloths,1 hand towel and 2 bath towels. The net day it was 1 wash cloth, 2 hand towels, etc. The last day we were there we got the whole complement of towels again. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. It had to be set quite low to get a decent temperature in the room but then at night it would get cold. It wasn't terrible and it certainly was okay for the price we paid. The included self serve breakfast was pretty good. Enough variety and quantity of items and were replaced as needed.

Horrible wifi

Location: Shop
Close to i95, convenient. Cockroach on coffee mach in breakfast area and room. Foul smell in the hallway, leaking ice Mach caused flood in the are for days and nobody cleaned it. Just terrible wifi. Room was below to the side of 3rd floor pool and it was super noisy. Very expensive vending machines. Friendly house keeping staff

No fine print !!

When I checked in I was told there was an extra $50 fee because we used Expedia to which I never knew this or Read about prior to checking in. It had to be cash or charge but charge would take 5days to put back in my account. I was not happy about this since she was not going to let me rent the room due to this $50 fee that they charge I had stayed there before and never had this happen then she put us in this old room with one towel half a roll of toilet paper. The room did not look ready. It was 8:30 got to room almost an hour later all over a fee that I believe is Ludacris since they do get paid from Expedia so why they couldn't just take a copy for there just in case you smoke or mess up the room fee. The channels were not great either I know that's Petty but when you can't sleep it matters. Will not stay there again.

The $50 deposit has nothing to do with "Expedia" as we take a $50 deposit from all guests to protect the property against smoking, theft, room damage, ect. This is standard policy at almost all hotels across south Florida so while you may not return to us, just be aware it will happen somewhere else as well. Wishing you all the best in 2017 and beyond.

Cons: Cleanliness
Cockroach in breakfast area and room. Foul smell in hallways, ice machine leaking caused a puddle and nobody cleaned it. Wifi is terrible, the worst.!!! Only one washing machine for the whole hotel.

Rude Customer Service

Pros: The pool.
Cons: Customer service.
I told management that the spigot in my bathtub was not working properly and that it would cause a leak. They didn't listen. A pipe broke. I was then "ordered" to move to another room. I don't take orders from hotel management as I don't work for them. I moved out right after their rude phone call to my room.

Cockroaches, faulty air conditioner and shower

Cons: Fix air conditioning and shower, bug extermination.
Location: I went to a concert in Miami
I was not at all pleased with the conditions at the hotel.

Close to beaches. Nice location

I rented a room for 2 days.. Noone cleaned the room durinf the stay. Asked for more towels, they acted like it was a problem.. First day water in shower was scolding hot. Next day was freezing and wouldn't warm up. Not sure if i will stay again.. Not very happy

Location: Awesome location, but with that comes 24 hour a day LOUD I-95 noise. It does not stop. Something to keep in mind.
