Easy access to the airport

enjoy talking to the staff they pretty much know where everything was around Hollywood easy axis to the airport this is where I will be staying every time I come down thank you

Don't stay here!

Pros: nothing
Cons: a make over is needed.
This is my first time ever completing an online review. So let that be an indication- this place needs a make over, go elsewhere. Wallpaper ripped from the bathroom walls, toilet in the way as it was to close the bathroom door, stained carpets, mold in the bathroom, shower was so slow, water didn't drain, etc. Very outdated and dirty. I can't believe I spent that amount of money on that room. Heard several complaints at breakfast from other customers. Again- I don't typically do reviews, but hoping to save someone else from the experience.

Terrible experience, just terrible

My experience at this hotel was nothing but terrible. It started with terrible customer service and went downhill from there. The girls at the reception completely lacked customer service. My hotel was pre-paid through Hotels.com which seemed undesirable to them. The receptionist asked for a cash deposit, which made me feel uncomfortable. I offered her my CC instead. To which she stated that they would have to put a 10 day hold on my credit card. 10 Days?..... While i was at the desk, a guest called about a non-working key-card. Then another guest walked up next to me to complain about her non-working key-card. The receptionist then sent the maintenance man, David, to take a look. She then gave me my key-card and it didn't work either. David had to come to let me into my room. Not only did my key-card not work, but the key-card reader did't work either. It was after 10pm before David fixed the key-card reader. It was not worth the wait.....My room had a six by six square hole in the wall that was sloppily repaired. The dresser drawers were missing knobs. The blanket was riddled with holes and bloodstains. Oh yes, bloodstains..See attached photos....And I've saved the best for last. There was a picture above the shower temperature control knob indicating hot and cold. The hot and cold on the knob were worn away. Except that the water temperature was the exact opposite of the sign. So I turned the water to cold and promptly scalded myself....My suggestion, go elsewhere

Ok, not the best, but convenient!!

Checked room before unpacking. There was blood smeared on the wall in bathroom. Lavatory faucst was VERY LOOSE. Mildew on wall ceiling above window. Very convenient to be close to the airport. Hotel Staff was exceptionally wonderful.

Close to my office

The shuttle driver is not a nice person he was very rude to me on several occasions. He was ready to fight I avoid him at all cost whenever I stay at ur hotel. That hotel used to be a much better place to stay before it was taking over a few years ago.

The room was as disgusting. The rug was wet and smelt like mold. We didn't get in until 1 am from our flight so I didn't have time to deal with a new room. The door was open when we got there so I feel the staff knew the room was gross.

Gross negligence

The first room I received was a non smoking room that reaked of smoke and stale cigarettes. The second room I received just smelled stale and not fresh. I tried to shower and could not get hot water to save my life. I literally tried everything, including letting it run for awhile. This place is gross. I didn't even stay the whole night- I left after an hour.
