Worst experience ever in vacation! All hotel smells so badly! They say that aren’t allowed pets but you can smell the dogs poop all around. You maybe choose a non smoking room but your room smells weed . You have to pay some extra money for beach that doesn’t give you any umbrella or smth else...never change the room sheets...don’t know what to say. All things are the worst you can imagine.

Very old, very dirty, I dis check in at 4 pm and check out at 9 pm same day, horrible

Pros: Location! Direct access to the boardwalk/beach.
Cons: Staff working the desk night shift of Apr 5/18 should not be in the hospitality business. Period.
Location: Lots of bars and restaurants around, boardwalk/beach.
This is an extremely dated resort, which was pretty cool however not too visually appealing. The entire hotel was under renovation and there were 'For Lease' signs everywhere. Only one elevator of three was functioning for an extremely large hotel. The stairwells were filthy and hallways smelled of mold. Our check-in was horrendous and staff was extremely unhelpful, vague and condescending - though the staff next day were extremely apologetic and helpful. There were no ice machines on any floor; had to go to Front Desk to ask for ice and only granted if you were in a specific room number. Housekeeping ignored Do Not Disturb signs and entered rooms anyway. We asked for extra towels as housekeeping only replaced half of them and they never came [20 hours]. Our room itself was great; it was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Super sketchy

Located on top of an abandoned mall. Very concerning for myself and my son to stay there. We made reservations at another hotel and didn’t even check in. Only good thing is it’s on the beach. Does not look like pictures at all. Would not recommend

Not very clean resort

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Did not venture out.
Room with a view.... not! The room was not clean and I was uncomfortable staying there. Paint chipping, tub was peeling and stained. Not sure if it is very old that even though it is clean it doesn't look clean but the room appeared to be dirty... very dirty. I killed a bug.... roach looking. I know there are bugs everywhere but since I was going to a friends house to stay ... I really didn't want to take any unwanted guests with me. I was staying at the resort for only one night, fortunately for me, my plane was very delayed. After I checked in and immediately checked out I sat in the lobby until my ride came. Very disappointed and the pictures from the website.... I would say are deceiving!

This place is disgusting. The floors were sticky. Tired. Old . Bunch of gangsters hanging out in the lobby. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Not what pictures say.

The first room was awful small and outdated.the next day I asked to b moved to a more updated room. Was better. The view was the only good thing. The pictures on Expedia don't match. Also too much noise in halls.

Don't ever book at this place. No one will answer

Worst experience ever. Unable to contact hotel multiple times. Unable to confirm that my booking would be try. Honestly I will never use this way to boom a hotel in the future.

Direct Beach Access

This hotel must’ve been grand back in the day, but it is completely run down and filthy. It is the cheapest hotel in the area with direct beach access. That is about all I can say for it. The room and linens were clean, but the decor was old broken furniture and the bathroom window had black mold. We will not stay there again.

bad need of a overhaul

Pros: It had a vacancy, when others were full
Cons: new elevators, and better cleaning just to make it acceptable for lower income families. a complete overhaul to be considered by an average family
Location: nice beach, close to Margarita ville.
only 1 of 4 elevators was working. I paid for an ocean view, but was downgraded to a freeway view without being notified. Place would have been grand in the 20's, got a cheesy overhaul in the 80's. But it is no longer the 20's or the 80's. At an average price of $300 per night it wasn't even cheap. This place has potential, nice location, nice beach. It is in bad need of an angle investor instead of ownership trying to squeeze out the last pennies.
