One of the Nicest Holiday Inn I have stayed

Pros: Hot Buffet
Overall we are very happy with this hotel, I travel a lot and this is one of the Holiday Inn has hot buffet breakfast that I had not seen for a few years, you will enjoy breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although F/D clerk on graveyard shift told us breakfast was served until 11 am, but He did not know that it was for the weekend not during the week, as yet when we went for breakfast We were told that it was over at 10 am but still accommodated us. I will certainly go back and stay in this hotel in the future, very much recommended.

Great hotel close to airport and freeway

We stayed one night and didnt' have a chance to use all amenities, but we love our room and the location of this hotel. Great for business trip.

ovation, Comfort, Poolside Dining!

Wonderful to arrive hungry and not have to drive to get good Food. Ex Elle the menu, basic, but satisfied most palate. Beautiful outdoor dining beside the pool and waterfall. Relaxing and away from the traffic. Comfortable bed, linens. Helpful staff. One suggestion: train wait staff how to set table. Needed to request napkins, salt and pepper, b read plates (small bowls arrived:). Dry friendly staff and willing to accommodate.

Spring Break 2017

Stayed at the hotel pre-cruise the location was great! Hotel pick up from air port was fast and courteous! Very clean! We got in late so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or other accommodations but hopefully next time we do a cruise or a stay in Fort Lauderdale it will be with the Holiday Inn. The staff and front desk was very kind! The pool area was beautiful!

Quiet times

I attended a music festival and the location was perfect. After long days that turned to long nights it was nice returning to a clean and quite room.

So So stay, would have rather stayed at an Express

On my stay 3/12 - there was only one person checking travelers in and out, Rafeal, he was a bit rude, but given the fact that he was the only one working the front desk and hoards of guest trying to check in early and others checking out, I can somewhat understand his frustration and abruptness. Also, I think you should adjust your check in times..since you're so close to the port and the reason most guest book your hotel, I don't think it's fair that when a ship arrives in port at 8 AM and guest are usually off the ship by 10 or 11 that they have to wait until 3 PM to check in, that's a long wait time when people are already tired and looking to get some rest before their trip home. Also, I confuse Holiday Inn with Holiday Inn Express, the meal that you charge $13.75 for is free at the Holiday Inn Express, for the money that you charge I expected something a little fancier, also, guest should be made aware of the additional $25 you add to their reservation upfront, not after they arrive and check in..some people budget so much for hotel stays and travel....
