Close to airport and they have shuttle Significant damage from hurricane but our room was fine

Convenient hotel with lots of freebies

Had a great overnight stay after our cruise. Despite water damage caused by hurricane Irma, the hotel was able to honor the reservation. Had a spacious broom on the third floor. Freebies included free breakfast, wifi, and parking. Staff were friendly and even let us check in early with no hassle. Check out was efficient. Would recommend.

Live Scorpion in the Hallway of the hotel

There was a live Scorpion in the hallway, sheets were dirty. service sucks Breakfast has pour selection. not recommended at all.

Ok Hotel

Pros: The area was quiet. Close walking distance to restaurants
Cons: Rooms need to be updated
Location: Quiet area. Mall and restaurants nearby
Hotel was clean but dated. Dresser drawer was broken. Tub was not that clean. Staff was friendly though the information they gave bout the shuttle service was false. I liked that the area was very convenient short walking distance to mall and restaurants.

don't stay there

Location: Okay
The room was not very clean. The roof leaked all night and the staff was not so helpful in getting us buckets. The window did not latch or close, my husband had to fix that. the window leaked and my husband had to help the maintenance guy figure out how to fix it.

Excellent Stay

We stayed here for 1 night before a cruise. The shuttle from the airport was a huge bonus. We were even able to check in early at 10am without any issue, which was amazing since we had been flying most of the night. We spent the day at the pool which was not busy and clean. The room was large, modern and clean. The included breakfast had many options and it all tasted great! Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely choose this hotel again.
