Poorly maintained room...loose tiles, shower faucet that barely works and a bed that feels as though it has rocks in it.

Pros: close to Thai town
Very large room we stayed 3 nights, It would have been cheaper to walk in than thru expedia. It was close to everything.

shady staff

Pros: room
Cons: nicer staff. clean fan
Location: metro is nearby. a lot of places to eat are nearby. area itself looks ghetto/dirty
one of the staff members tried charging me a fee he wasn't charging other guests

Downtown Hollywood

Downtown Hollywood-Basic hotel. Breakfast is all carbs for the coffee. Bedside tables for both sticky. Some noise from the Bar below.

Horrible

When I walked in there was a sign saying be back in 5 minutes I waited 10 minutes to check in. I was in a room directly above a bar /Club they were smoking marijuana on the patio and had music blasting until at least 2 a.m. you could feel the vibration of the music and my room was directly above it. My room was cleaned okay my friend down the hall her room had mold in the bathroom. For the price I did not expect much of a hotel but being on top of a bar and getting no sleep was horrible.

Ugh!

Where to start...parking lot is ridiculous, motel smells old and musty, beds are RIDICULOUSLY hard - like no give at all (the box spring squished more than the bed) - cracks in the walls, no toilet paper holder and the shower dripped all night long. Oh and the continental breakfast - yea that was cold cereal, toast or prepackaged pastry (which was probably safest) It being our first time in California, I really thought near Hollywood Blvd would be much nicer but boy was I mistaken! Oh and our rental car got hit TWICE in the parking lot and when we asked about it the front desk tried to call the guests whom the car belonged to that we were told was the one that hit us - and the 4 early 20- something girls that it belonged to FREAKED out on us and and started cussing and screaming and us...right infront of my 7yr old! Staff was supposed to check the security camera and get a hold of me...never did so guess I'm paying for that too! Would never ever recommend anyone stay there!

Worst hotel ever

I cannot believe we spent 200 bucks for this hotel. We drove up and couldn't even find a parking spot, and when we finally did, it was a tight squeeze. We were told there was a bar that played loud music until 1 am on the lower level, (we didn't expect that at all), the guy told us we wouldn't hear it if we were in the 4th level. We were so exhausted from visiting universal studios, so we decided to stay. We were kept up by the bar noise until 2:15 am. The room was not clean, it was run down, beds were uncomfortable, air didn't work well. We were disgusted. There was a homeless person with a tent right across the street, the area was scary. We are from lodi, and had no idea where to stay, I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone nor would I ever stay there ever again.

Good Location Bad Hotel

Unstable faucet, Leak from sink pipe on bathroom floor, cracks in ceiling, mold in shower. Overall not a very welcoming or comfortable place because of the poor conditions it has been kept in. I don't recommend staying here.
