Hello Dan,   Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at W Hollywood with us! Every process put in place is aimed at providing you with an unforgettable lifestyle experience and are delighted to learn that you reveled in our iconic location. We appreciate the great detail of your comments and are disappointed to have not exceeded expectations.   One of our key priorities is to provide friendly service and comfortable accommodations. We are thrilled to hear about your interactions with our talent but are saddened to hear about the errors in the level of service we expect from our Style team. Your feedback has been shared with our Director of Style to improve upon your experience and we apologize that your stay wasn’t more comfortable. As in any other major metropolitan city, dedicated parking spaces are prime real estate. Our Wheels team offers a valet service that costs $42.00 each night and includes in/out privileges. Our rates are lower than other hotels in the area such as Lowe’s which costs $48 or The Roosevelt which is $47. There’s additional parking options available off-site, but the rates and times of service may not allow for overnight parking. You are welcome to street park, but with street parking you must be aware of meters and parking restrictions. Most guests prefer the convenience of our secure and prompt valet service, but we apologize if you felt the price was an expensive offering. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you back to Los Angeles. Until next time, Ashton

Hollywood - Viners

Posted Aug 2, 2017
Pros: Vibe. Location. Service. Spa.
Cons: Plumbing in our room needed a little attention. Not bad - just a shaking pipe when showering.
Location: Perfect for a Hollywood experience. On top of the LA Metro system. YouTubers at 1600 Vine are right next door. The walk of fame is right outside.
We chose the W Hollywood because of its proximity (next door) to certain Youtube sensations. My wife, daughter (14) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the W. It is well kept, flashy but subtle and gives off a 'hip' image but not one of over doing it. The rooftop pool is perfect, clean and well attended. The best part of our entire stay was time spent at Bliss Spa. The deep tissue from Moeul (therapist) is second to none. Perfect three days in LA. We were well taken care of.

Hollywood

Posted Jul 17, 2017
The hotel is close to all major Hollywood attractions and central for LA business trips. Despite the beautiful exterior and lobby, the rooms are terribly plain but comfortable. For the price I would have expected a lot more. Also the lighting in halls is really dark, and not really attractive. 3/5

Very nice hotel

Posted Jul 7, 2017
Pros: Location, elevators
Cons: Parking is too expensive: daily rate of $42 plus tax and tip.
Location: Pantages Theatre and downtown Hollywood.
Nicely located hotel in Hollywood. Nothing over the top, but comfortable and near to so many other attractions. I would stay here again.

Party Hotel for Young people

Location: Neighborhood is disgusting. Filthy and full of drug addicts. It is right in the middle of Old Hollywood which is tawdry, vulgar and filthy.
Very poorly managed with understaffed front desk. Vomit and broken wine bottles in the elevator. Uncomfortable room. The pool was incredibly crowded and the lobby was always loud. There is no sanctuary anywhere in this hotel. Lots of loud drunk young people roaming the halls. Well located if you like being in a crack den. Trying to think of something nice to say, so....it seemed like maybe the valet parking attendants looked reasonably efficient. Steer very very clear unless you are interested in getting wasted and partying.

Horrible staff

Posted Jun 26, 2017
They lost 1k with of dry cleaning the first day I arrived and I'm still dealing with it... that was 2 weeks ago. I was told repeadly that everyone on the staff would be informed of the situation and every time I have called to get an update no one seems to know the situation. On of the managers came out and tried to give me a free night as a resolution to the situation and was so smug about all of it. Never staying here again, I was at the chateau marmont earlier in the week and there's a clear difference between actual luxury hotels and phonies like this. What a joke of a hotel.

Nice hotel, but high expense for social

Posted May 23, 2017
The hotel was great, however the drinks at the bar were very expensive. Decided to go elsewhere to socialize due to it. Also the Delphine couldn't accommodate a slight time change in our reservation, so we had to make alternate plans which was an inconvenience.
