We stayed for one night because we had an early flight from FLL and this hotel is very close to it . The hotel is very nice, has a great staff, the room was clean, the complimentary breakfast is good. They offer a free shuttle to the airport what is very convenient. Totally recommend it!

Needed a close to airport hotel one night

Pros: Service was excellent.
Cons: Shuttle bus service needs more seats. Lost a lot of sleep having to take an early bus due to others being booked later.
The Hurricane Harvey closed the Houston Hobby Airport making it necessary to reroute to Ft. Lauderdale. Did not like the Ft. Lauderdale airport at all. But that's another review. Hotel room was clean. However halls were filthy.

shuttle driver no show

The hotel shuttle driver was late getting there in the morning and we had an early flight. The front desk did call a cab and pay for the cab ride. It worked out OK but we were later than we wanted to be to the airport which was stressful. Everything else was great.

Location is not bad but hotel and furniture has old smell . Need to get refreshed . Breakfast was good

Lousy Service And Accomodations

My father-in-law and I were staying overnight before heading home. The room was clean but there was no hot water for a shower and water didn't drain from the tub because the stopper wouldn't stay open. When he feel down and I couldn't get him up early the following morning, the telephone for the front desk was busy. After trying several times, I ran down to get help to lift him back up onto the couch. A manager and the front desk person came up to help. This is not the Marriot brand that I am accustomed for service. Something should be done if they want my company's business.

Very nice hotel!

Our room was nice and spacious. There was 5 of us. We had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. There is 2 tv's and a wetbar in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
