We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Neil and Kirsty. Our room was clean large and well appointed. Breakfast was very good and Neil gave us good pointers about places to visit. We will definitely book again if back in the area

Beautiful Farmhouse Setting
I cannot recommend this place enough. Kirsty and Neil were excellent hosts. The room was spacious, clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The food was excellent with sausages from their home reared pigs. Location good for exploring both coast and countryside. Would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Leworthy Farmhouse. This is a fantastic place for both Devon and Cornwall experiences. Thanks to Neil and Kirsty for providing such a warm welcome and great accommodations. We highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Quiet and tranquil stay!
A wonderful stay with a very welcoming family, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast and nothing too much trouble!Even offered tea and home-made cake on arrival and home-made fudge in our room one afternoon! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leworthy Farmhouse to any of our friends and family!!!

Best B and B we have stayed in.
Jackie and Colin great hosts very welcoming and nothing to much trouble. Within easy reach of Padstow, Port Isaac (where Doc Martin is filmed) Appledore and Instow beautiful places nearby. There is a lake at the bottom of the garden for course fishing. Spotless rooms and a great bed.

We were in the area for a family wedding. Leworthy gave us a wonderful place to stay - a home from home environment. We hope to return on a vacation.

Lovely quiet location
Both Jackie and Colin were very friendly and welcoming and even provided a cold drink and refreshment on the very hot day I arrived. The grounds were a nice bonus to enjoy in the hot weather. The real bonus for me was the catering for my dietary requirements. Usually even when I notify hotels of my requirements they either don't have anything prepared or 'will get some in'. Here I had as good a choice as any other guest including almond milk available for drinks in my room. Each morning I seem to have new choices and their range of home made sausages and bacon were both yummy and wheat free. The room was always very clean, comfortable and the power shower a nice extra touch. The provision of local information and the guide in the room was a very nice and helpful extra, particularly giving eating places in time groupings from the B&B.

Really good b&b. The hosts are so nice and we even had delicious home made cake when we arrived. The breakfast was lovely and the whole farmhouse and grounds are delightful. The area is beautiful and not far from Bude.

A cozy farmhouse in the countryside with animals
A really nice farmhouse with very friendly residents. A bit quirky to get to with narrow roads, but takes little time to travel around to coastline or into Dartmoor. They have a nice outdoors area where you can meet some animals, some common rooms where you can relax, read or play games and a great breakfast (for English standards). The bed was a bit narrow for one used to king sized beds, but other than that everything was great.

One night stay. Fantastic friendly welcome with tea and cake from Jackie, the room was spacious, bathroom was good with fluffy towels, bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely with fresh home produce. Good meal options in Holsworthy nearby. Only difficulty was the steep narrow stairs with the door at the top - problems of old building conversions. Only complaint was the access road - government issue!

We stayed here for 3 nights. On arrival, we were given a warm welcome with complimentary tea and cake. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The decor was excellent as was throughout the property. The en-suite was spotless, large shower and good quality, fluffy towels. Breakfast was excellent, always a selection of fresh fruit and cereals, homemade jams and marmalade. Full English breakfast was good with home reared bacon. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Perfect stay.

One of the best
Leworthy Farmhouse was a pleasant surprise. The location is out of town but the farm setting was delightful. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious with freshly grown and prepared products.

A real FARM house stay
Jackie and Colin could not have been more hospitable, meeting every request with a friendly smile. We brought grandchildren over on two evenings for animal feeding time and they were equally welcomed. I now need to work on some weight loss after those fabulous breakfasts including home made yogurt and a delicious home made marmalade.

Excellent B&B in deepest Devon.
All aspects of the stay were very good indeed. The hosts were as welcoming as could be wished, the accommodation was spotless and extremely comfortable, with good size bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The breakfasts seemed to offer every choice you could reasonably expect. The owners keep a selection of animals and ducks/geese, of which they are rightly proud. Finding the place might be slightly difficult - satnavs seem to take a very devious route - but not really a problem.

although only on business trip so not looking for many facilities. this is the place to come for relaxing home feeling in the countryside. excellant clean modern decor and furnishings. owners are welcoming and attentive. WIFI in your room is always a plus for the business person. need a car for exploring area as set a few minutes drive from nearest restaurants / bars of local town. overall very satisfied for the price.

My girlfriend and I had such a fantastic stay at this wonderful B&B. The owners where so helpful in suggesting and recommending somewhere to eat of an evening and even booked our table for us. Everything about Leworthy Farm is great, Colin & Jackie are fantastic hosts and made us feel really at home. The breakfast was one of the best we have had and offered a great choice. Our room was spotless and the view over the countryside was lovely, what a beautiful, peaceful location!! We would highly recommend a stay at Leworthy Farm , we will definitely be back the next time we are in North Devon!!

Jackie and Colin the owners were very helpful and friendly, they were always around if you needed them.The general cleanliness of the Farmhouse was exceptional.The breakfasts were wonderful.Both my wife and I hadn't stopped in a farmhouse before, so we didn't know what to expect, but,I can say without fear of contradiction this farmhouse is Excellent. Anyone wanting accommodation in this part of the world, just get down to Lewothy Farmhouse, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED ! .

Fantastic farm stay. Peaceful and quiet and wish we knew about this place earlier as we would have booked for a few more nights. Very clean and tastefully decorated rooms with superb views of the farm and valley. Amazing breakfast. Would love to come back and stay for a week!
