"Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und Künstlerin und im ganzen Haus und auch im großen, traumhaft angelegten Garten finden sich überall ihre Kunstwerke. Man kommt wahrlich aus dem Staunen nicht heraus. Das Haus ist urgemütlich, sehr geräumig und mit Retro-Charme eingerichtet. Das traf unseren Geschmack zu 100%. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut für Fahrradtouren geeignet."

"A pleasant spacious house, but lacked a good gathering space for all of us. No washing machine was a real problem. No freezer, either - and a bath would have been very welcome. It was odd having two kitchens. The surroundings were lovely."

"We stayed here for 3 weeks after flying in from the US to visit family in the nearby area. We didn't want to be in a hotel for 3 weeks as we would find that claustrophobic. This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. "We had a lovely stay in the German countryside. We were guests at a wedding in Dinslaken. It’s about a 30 minute drive. We had a rental Car for exploring the local towns and sights. Check in was easy, as the hosts live on site. Visiting the llamas and sheep was fun. Thanks"

"This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host.
