My two kids and I had a wonderful stay from December 23rd until December 28th. The night of the 28th I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee working the front office who apparently didn't "feel" I should be bothering her! I had simply asked if she had a couple extra Ziploc bags hanging around? She very abruptly told me: No, we do not carry those here. I said: Okay, can I have a couple black trash bags? She stared me down, making me feel uncomfortable and inconvenient to her! I quickly responded: You know for our little trash cans. She THEN got up from her seat reluctantly and walked towards this closet to get me some trash bags. Before reaching the closet, she stated without missing a beat: Uhm, I will notify housekeeping that your room does not have trash bags. I told her: No, I've had my "Do not disturb sign" up for a couple of days since we haven't really left our room. She felt the need to reiterate to me: Because if housekeeping isn't doing their job.... I cut her off mid sentence saying: No, it was nothing like that! I took the trash bags and said Thanks and turned and walked away! It's not ok for ANY employee of an establishment to make THEIR customers feel like an inconvenience! NEVER

Decent and good price
It is a decent and clean place to stay. Great price. Only frustration was when we went to check in a little after 3 they did not have anything ready and a available, so we had to wait to check in. But staff was friendly and breakfast good.

The Bidarka Inn never disappoints. The breakfast is wonderful and the hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The room with a hot tub has a really musky smell and the room stayed at a constant 76 degrees which made it difficult to sleep in.

I liked that the would vacuum wrap and freeze the fish you caught. The people were great. I liked that the adjoining restraunant stayed open late. Everything was close.

Great hotel
Great location for walking around town. Rooms are really big and clean. All thecstaff were really nice and helpful with a loveky breakfast to start the day. Laundry facilities were also really good and reasonably price. Would deffo recommend.

The restaurant and bar provided great food and drinking. The hotels morning breakfast was great The front desk staff resolved a problem related to a major water shutdown and stated they would provide us with some hotel miles/points from their honors program

The hotel room was too close to the main room and the window would not cut out the noise. Plus, the bathroom was physically too small, you almost had to stand in the tub in order to shut the door.

I stayed with a hot tub in the room & it was so worth it. I was just disappointed to hear of others eating the breakfast when they told their friends that they weren’t staying there. Overall it was a good trip. Until next time.
