Above and Beyond to Those in Need

I was among MANY who evacuated Florida during Hurricane Irma. They were gracious beyond the norm. Each day they offered sandwiches, chips and bottled water, at lunch time to those who were staying there. They made every accommodation possible. Thank you

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Staff was great! Hotel was nice and clean.
The staff at the hotel was amazing! They knew they had a full hotel of Hurricane evacuees and they went out of their way to make sure everyone had a nice stay. They even brought in dinner one night for everyone staying there. They were super kind and very attentive. The rooms were nice and clean and the facilities were great. The breakfast was nice and overall it was a nice experience.

Convenient location. Good price. Room was SUPER humid and bathroom was not very clean. Could use updating. Continental breakfast was good.

Nice hotel close to my meeting place

Location: Was there for a meeting in the areas did not have time to visit the area
Everything was the way I was told. No difficulty to find it and the reception desk was friendly

Clean but smelly

This hotel was nice but the 3rd floor smell like mold! Its was so strong u could smell it in the rooms. At 1st i thought maybe it was the ac unit in the hall but no its everywhere! Downstairs look and smell great but 3rd floor soon as u stepped off the elevator is horrible. Your room is nice and clean but smell bad. The hotel has a pool and free hot breakfast.

Horrible wi-fi!

I travel ALOT and this was by far the worst Wi-Fi Ive encountered. After reading the reviews, it shouldn't have been a surprise, but I was hoping they were wrong. They weren't. Everything else was very doable and above average, but if you need to use the Wi-Fi, go elsewhere.

Seen better days..

My room was definitely weathered and in need of an update. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and had mold on it which might even remedied if the exhaust fan worked. The carpet looked in need of a thourough cleaning to remove the musty smell. A fresh coat of paint would also help.

Clean rooms, great service by breakfast staff anc the desk. A large crowd all needed breakfast at the same time, and the staff kept it welll stocked and clean.
