Pros: It was clean, quiet and the other guest were friendly.
Cons: For a hotel that's so nice it has far fewer patrons than the competitor down the street. Could it be the desk service?
The purpose for the stay was to attend to business. As I left two toddlers at the hotel with a sitter until I return not knowingly I would be a few minutes late. I know check out time was 12:00 and I returned at 12:45. They were harassed from 11:30 until 12:30, threatened of being charged for another day and thrown out of the room. They had to wait in the lobby and the desk clerk turned the television off. I know hotels have rules but being a rewards member doesn't count. I have stayed at the hotel down the street for three years and couldn't have been a found better stays, but this time we decided to change up and the choice was very wrong. Three rooms were booked but we only needed one room to keep the babies and the two were checked out at 8:00AM. Will not stay there again

2nd time staying & I will stay again. The only complaint I have is on 2nd night stay housekeeping came it took towels but did not clean anything. I questioned front desk & was told they got "locked out" of the room & couldn't get back in....ummm ok that's interesting. other then that this will always ne my hotel to stay while in the Bham area.

Place to stay

Room seemed cramped. Tiny fridge. Room didn't get cool. Bed was not comfortable. Problems getting tv stations to come in. Breakfast was a bust.

Nice hotel in a quiet area

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, the staff was fast and helpful, and the room was a standard size. The only thing I hated was the pillows because they were too soft and I need firm pillows for my neck but other then the pillows every thing was great..and the pool and Jacuzzi was very clean!

Get what you pay for

Pros: not much.
Cons: Rooms need to be cleaner, need to check bed linens for stains that did not come out in the wash. Our bedskirt has something all over it.
We have stayed here before it is okay. They ask for a credit card for extra upon check in, well that was 2 weeks ago and the charge has not cleared. The hot tub is never hot, you have to ask them to turn it up, if they will. The room is average, Our AC was not on when we checked in and was never up to par for our stay. This will be our last visit to stay here.

Was able to get last minute room. Very nice place to stay. Will stay here again on future business trips.

Great hotel

We had a wonderful experience at country inn and suites...clean, good breakfast, friendly staff and good service all around. We were impressed with the beds as we had a great sleep!!! We will stay again!
