This place is awesome! Lazy river is wonderful. Lot's of trees, and they serve you food and drinks at the river. The room is clean and quiet. The breakfast was the best we had. The food is "real" food not soybean sausages and such at a typical hotel. They even make you a custom omelet as part of the buffet if you want. Great time!

One of my favorite resorts. It is beautiful. Pool and lazy river are breathtaking. I have stayed here twice and plan on returning next year.

The Hyatt Hill Country is one of my favorite places to visit. It’s a get away within a get away. They offer so much on their beautiful property, you may but have to leave, but also across the street from Sea World and Fiesta Texas, or a 20 minute drive into San Antonio. House keeping tidied up everyday, doing the best they can around kids belongings. Some areas were currently under renovation (April), which limited dining and activities for older kids-adults. Lazy River and pool for the kids, separate adult pools (2) and hot tub for adults, plus a spa makes it great for adults.

Extremely charming spot with vernacular architecture. Golf, spa and swimming excellent. Great options for children's activities. Rooms comfortable (baths could be a bit larger but are modern). Dining options at the resort are good, but could offer more range. (I believe there is a new restaurant being built now)

There were renovations at the entrance of the hotel, and was near our room, so there was a bit of noise in the mornings. And the beds were not the best to sleep in, but otherwise the resort was great and kids had a lot of fun there.

Upon entering the rooms, they appeared clean, and an unpleasant odor reminiscent of smoke and mustiness lingered in the linens, detracting from the overall ambiance. The discomfort escalated with mattresses that failed to provide adequate support and pillows oscillating between overly plump or excessively thin. Regrettably, these factors culminated in subpar sleep, overshadowing an otherwise enjoyable visit.

The place was loud. It's like nobody designed the facilitywith sound in mind. The rock floor in the lobby looks great but it's impossible to pull your luggage across.

This is a nice, comfortable and pretty property. Very quiet when we were there. Room rate and resort fee are too high for what you get. And valet parking is $41- that’s excessive. Not a lot of on-site dining options

The pool was really dirty, I get that they have no control over leaves falling but the stuff at the bottom of the pool had been there a while. One activity was feeding wildlife, Which was 1 squirrel and 3 ducts. If was like getting in to Fort Knox they would have a line to get in and out of resorts I didnt like being tracted the whole time. I have been to several resorts but this crazy was on a b=next level. The bathrooms where very small it was a nightmare getting in and out of the shower you had to climb over the toliet to get out. the employee were super nice but I would not recommend this hotel especially after staying at the JW Marriott.
