My girl friends and I booked this hotel thinking we would get a real hotel however, when we got there, we were put in their triple room which meant two double beds and a wheelchair-friendly service shower room (which was not requested at the time of booking). The shower room/bathroom was all in one piece and was incredibly difficult to deal with. Seeing as there was no confinement for the shower, the water would fill up the entire room, all the way to the toilet and sink on the other side. This meant that our floor was always wet and very slippery. We tried asking for another room where we would have an ordinary shower stall but the lady told us that all family rooms were set up the same way. On top of this, we had to ask the front desk every morning for extra towels (they kept neglecting the fact that we were 3 people in the room). The breakfast spread came included and, while there seemed to be a wide selection, the food near the end of the service wasn't replenished or renewed. The wait staff didn't respond to our enquiry for fresh tea and coffee and simply replied with no more. We thought that they were quite rude to us, the only group of visibly foreign guests in their establishment. The promised concierge was actually just a stand of pick-up-yourself pamplets with some ideas for sightseeing around the area.
Nice location, bad service, terrrible bathroom arrangements.
