Good value for money. Upgrade to Club was definitely worth it and saved us lots of incidental spending. Shame hotel didn’t tell us about significant construction work happening at front of hotel. Noise started at 6:30. This is why Club upgrade is a must as you get a higher floor (away from noise!). ...
Very friendly and helpful staff, this hotel was close to the Metro station (Wan Chai), the tram and buses. There was basic eating places close by which we used with no problems despite outward appearances. Our room was a queen bed room which was clean and reasonably spacious. Bathroom and shower ...
The location and the price is very good. I come to HK from time to time. This is the first time to stay in this hotel. The room is reasonable to the price and the location. Staff are courteous and friendly.
It was like arriving in an oasis after a long flight and transportation from airport. The staff from the bell service, front desk and housekeeping all 5 start. Hotel is beautiful and well kept. Can’t get a better location in Central Hong Kong. Connect by inside to the metro system. No complaints. ...
Butterfly on Wellington was a fantastic place to stay in Hong Kong. First of all, it is located right in Central, which is a great jumping off point to explore the rest of the city. This neighborhood is perfectly located because it is convenient to MRT, the ferries, Victoria peak, etc. The streets ...
Not really close to MTR station but provided shuttle bus to TST. Big room, mini bar is rich enough and free. Nice view of victoria harbour. All staffs are nice and polite. Decoration of lobby is beautiful. Recommend all of you to stay if the buget is fit.
Hotel a bit better than expected for price . Within walking distance to shops, market . Short Taxi ride to newer parts of town. Taxis very cheap . The down side was a six night stay turned into a five night stay with a last minute rush to airport due to veiled and sneaky booking by Expedia !!!
As I have 2 elderly travelling with me, this hotel makes it is really convenient with good restaurants, eateries, malls and MTR all just within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful too.
Have stayed there several times. Pickup from the terminal works well and the checkin by a very pleasant Filipina was efficient. Rooms are always freezing cold unless you shut down the air conditioning completely. Easy access the the Citygate Mall. Would be nice if the hotel supplied breakfast or ...
As a 3.5 star hotel, everything is decent and the location is very good. For the promo rate I received, I am especially pleased. I should have stayed one more night. This is a hotel that I would go back to. Not sure who to blame but what I paid for is not what I got. This happens consistently with ...
Foodies paradise. Extremely convenient locale. Staff are nice. Except their canto restaurant can use more customer service in their manners as it’s a pricey restaurant. No hot water in the middle of shower at the last night stay. Front desk staff was trying to be helpful. Apparentlt this was an older ...
I dislike it when they give you a bigger bet that goes right up to the window. Shower water didn’t really get a s got a I liked. Otherwise it’s a decent place to stay.
Worth paying the additional extra for the club access. Free food and drink and the best breakfast in the world over looking the harbour. From the top floor. Friendly staff fantastic rooms we stayed for ten days and the location was fantastic very central and only a few minutes from a tube stop.
