Terrible customer Services, unfriendly and u helpful staffs Dirty environment, wet floors with no warning signs. Arrived at the hotel about 12 midnight, no one to assist show you where you going to or even carry your luggages,, bedroom stinks and untidy, cold breakfast sitting at the lobby since 6am and served cold, no microwave to reheat anything and room services after 5pm. This was a terrible experience staying at Cosmo hotel. It’s not even a hotel, it’s was classified as a hostel and not hotel. False advertising once again. Upon requesting to speak to a manager about breakfast, we were given the options to go to their sister hotel (Dorsett)for breakfast. Never looking forward going back to that hotel or staying around Wan Chai area.

I've stayed at this hotel plenty of times over the last ten years or so. It's pretty good value and fairly well located. There are some issues that I assume are COVID-related. The most annoying is a lack of staff to make up your room. Unless it's done by 10am, it doesn’t get done. I wasn't there on business, so resented having to get out early just so my room could be cleaned up.

Terrible experience
When we check in, the hotel staff told us that there was no any room available in the hotel, and asked us to call Hotels.com for refund. Meanwhile, other guests were checking in, which means there were rooms available and the staff is lying. Staffs here will actually cancel guest booking simply because a type of room is full and they do not want to upgrade us. Terrible service, staff and hospitality!
