Good hotel. Just their bathroom is not perfect. The edge of the tub is like one foot wide. It is not easy and can be dangerous to get in and out when slippery. And there isn’t enough hooks for 2 towels and clothes.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job in our room each day. We had a late evening flight, but checked out the morning and the hotel was accommodating in holding our luggage until we departed for the airport. Hope to stay here again.

Clean and confortable. The harbor view is nice. The living room of the harbor view suite is ok, but the bedroom and bathroom are small, not like a suite level.

Really nice hotel, no complaints at all.
Room service food was fine, but not great, specially considering the meaning great alternatives around the area.
Pool was closed due to weather, so can’t judge that.

The property was nice, comfortable and we had a great view from our room but the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked and we did find a used bottle of KY that had been left behind. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and we should have been told on booking that the pool and spa would be out for annual maintenance

The staff is not professional. The greeting front desk personnel is not very polite and not quite willing to assist... then my shoulder was hit badly by the elevator doors.. complain to the front desk... all they did is offering me ice.....

We were assigned a tower room which required extra walking, and the room was much smaller, we went back to checkin and requested a room not in the tower and a bigger room, not sure why we had to go through the hazzle as we stayed a week ago. As senior and difficulty in walking, we were a bit upset

Internet access is very poor. I have never stayed at a hotel where I could not log in to my business VPN or where regular internet access was so slow. Get another internet plan if you plan on working while staying at this hotel

The hotel was lovely and extremely well organized. We arrived early in the morning from a 20 hour flight from the US. They allowed us early check-in to our room and even gave us a room upgrade for no extra charge. I lost my iPad charger and was given directions to a store to get a replacement. The store was walkable so I set out on my own and was successful finding and replacing my lost adapter. We had the fixe price dinner in the restaurant and we’re very happy with both the quality of food and the service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends.

We can in during a typhoon and the city was a mess. They were helpful and quick during check-in, lobby was nice, cafe had good food and drinks and service. They were helpful with transportation issues.

Staff really friendly , check in and out easy . Room was really spacious and cleaned daily . We didn’t get a room with view of harbour but end of day wasn’t staying there to stay in room all day !

Great location and an excellent service. Although we did not have bathrobe tre room was really great added with an ocean view. We would habe liked to have an iron an iron board.
The rest was fine although the bed was a little stiff, but thi last point is really a personnal one.

Stayed for 4 nights, was in town for a conference. The hotel has some amazing views over the harbour and has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Service was fine and the room was comfortable. What I didn't like about this hotel was 1) the gym only opened at 7am each morning (weird), 2) there was nowhere to get a coffee or anything before 7am and 3) the hotel has no bar which is incredible given it's size. We were heading to the conference centre by the airport each day so was a bit of a trek as the hotel is not so close or well connected to Kowloon train station. Will be looking somewhere else for next stay

Professional staff to help guest staying there, nice view right outside the hotel and it is good place for morning walk and looking at the views across the Hong Kong Island area. lots of eating places and shopping around the area. Closed to MTR, about 2-3 minutes walk.
