Nice Hotel, excellent value

Posted Dec 2, 2016
Pros: Clean, comfortable. Water pressure and water temperature of the shower was impressive. Friendly staff. Fridge, safe, and Microwave in the room
Cons: It seems to be picky but with so much info on the internet to aid your travel and visit plans the lack of free wifi actually does cause issues.
Location: The hotel is a bit far from central Hong Kong for walking, but the tram, bus, and metro are right outside the front door.
Greeted at the door, bags whisked away, fast friendly service with a smile. Arrived at the room, bags already there... We had an excellent corner room with duel aspect. The police station opposite did not bother us but they need to give it a paint. If you want an un-obscured view of the harbor then you need to be above the 25th floor Considering the excellent value of the room the restaurant seemed a bit pricey so we didnt partake. The pool was out of season which was a shame. The hotel is a bit far out to walk to HK central but the tram and metro is right outside the front door. The tram takes a while but gives you lots to look at. The Metro is fast, clean and efficient and just superior in every way to Londons tubes. HK was a dream. From the all night street market, the peak viewing platform, the Lantau cable car and Budha, to the Jumbo restaurant, and the fishing village on stilts, everything is in easy reach. Back to the hotel at the end of the evening a competitively medium cost hotel with a high quality 5 star interior and facilities with excellent room sizes.

A Convenient Hotel but with No Facilities

Posted Dec 1, 2016
Pros: Near MTR Station, convenience & with shuttle bus to Taikooshing.
Cons: At least to have WIFI covered & accessible at rooms & hotel lobby.
Location: Taikooshing for shopping & Mt Parker for hiking & walking.
Convenient but with no facilities. It is quite surprising that WIFI is very weak or sometime disconnect even at lobby; let alone at hotel rooms.

The wifi sucks

Posted Dec 1, 2016
The hotel is in a convenient location- one minute walk to the MTR and tram. I had a family suite and I would say I got a decent view of the harbor considering the price I paid; my friend who also had a family suite last time didn't get as much of the harbor view as I did. Everything was satisfactory except the wifi- first of all, the hotel doesn't offer free wifi, which is a major downside. Since I knew I needed the wifi I booked a room with it, and it gave me access to up to two devices, but it didn't work very well at all. The internet connection was choppy and there were spots in the room where I could not get the wifi signal, so I ended up using data most of the time instead. Please improve on your wifi so your guests don't feel disconnected with the world while staying in your hotel.

Very Spacious

Posted Nov 30, 2016
Pros: The beds were big and soft, the pillows were great. Nice spacious bathroom. Good shower pressure
Cons: Charging HK$70 for 24 hours of wifi access is a bit steep. HK$150 for buffet breakfast is also pretty expensive
Location: Pretty convenient with a supermarket across the road, next to Starbucks coffee and a short walk to the MTR (Quarry Bay)
We stayed here for 10 nights in November. The rooms and beds are perfect for westerners, as many Hong Kong hotel beds are rock hard, and rooms are pretty small. The beds in the room we had was huge, very comfortable and there was a lot of space. Overall the stay was a pleasant one.

Pleasant experience

Posted Nov 28, 2016
Pros: It overlooks Kowloon and is in a convenient location, the hotel provides a mini bus service to get you to the main locations tourists go.
Cons: For us it was all very good
Location: Many and varied, shopping, site seeing
Upgraded to a unit, service and staff were exceptional, good location. The buffet dinner was worth every penny - went three of the four nights we were there!!

We have 3 persons (1 child) staying in the room so asked housekeeping staff to give 1 more bottled water. However, the cleaning lady told us that she could only give us 2 bottles and we needed to request it to the reception.

繁華街から少し離れた静かめなホテル

駅から近く便利な立地。繁華街からも少し離れているので、静かめなホテルです。 室内も適度な広さもあって、まずまず快適。

A very nice hotel in the location that we wanted.

Posted Nov 21, 2016
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
This hotel is a very short walk from Quarry bay MTR. Other mean of transport to get around are trams, buses, taxis and if its where you want to go the hotel courtesy bus. Amenity avaible are lounge bar with wi fi, restaurant and pool. From the ground floor up to the rooms all is very clean and welcoming, the rooms are spacious. Which for H.K. is a luxuary. This is a hotel that you would recomend to friends and family especialy if they are traveling with kids.
