Pros: Central but not too Central.
Cons: I'm fine with this
Location: .Great location. A few MTR stations away from Central.
Will come back. It was a fine hotel for us to stay in.

Nice hotel. Fabulous staff

Stayed during the HK Sevens. Hotel was really good value including executive club access. Rooms slightly smaller than usual 4 star rooms, but this was more than made up for by the super friendly and helpful staff. Our son had a terrific birthday there as well. Big thanks to all Hotel Jen!

MTR exit is right at the door step, very convenien

Pros: Proximity to MTR Station and a nice restaurant that serves authentic Singaporean/Malaysian food.
Cons: The closing time of the swimming pool could be later than 7pm.
Location: There are some nice café and pubs along Hill Street and lots of local eateries within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel is located at a less congested location and it is only about 10 minutes by MTR to Central Station so it is very convenient to travel to most parts of Hong Kong.

Nice hotel in western district

The hotel is conveniently located next to the HKU Train station, it take you to town centre in 10 min. Plenty of good easterly near by.

Great sea-view Club Lounge

It was awesome, especially at the club lounge where you can enjoy harbour view at the same time, sumptuous cocktail and finger food as well. Nice, friendly staff as well as fabulous breakfast at the Cafe Malacca. Good location, near to HK Uni. There's also conveniently hotel shuttle bus service from HKG station, to peak tram station, Disneyland and Ocean Park.

Nice hotel with good facilities at a sensible rate

Pros: This is the only hotel in the better part of Western District away from the smelly seafood retailing shops and next to the HK University metro.
Cons: Not much.
Location: It is in the better part of the Western District filled with many restaurants and with shopping malls nearby.
Hotel staff members are very obliging and friendly.

A nice medium size hotel.

Pros: 1. The hotel is clean. 2. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient. 3. Has everything you need in the hotel room (including Safe & free bottled water
Location: 1. Close to bus/tram stops. 2. 24 hours McDonald just across the hotel. 3. Bakery just next to the hotel. 3. Has supermarket and stores nearby.
The most pleasing experience is the hotel staff. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient. Always try to accommodate your need. I always has the feeling as a VIP.

Okay hotel

Pros: It was within our budget.
Cons: The television channel package could be improved. Our expedia room could be updated to match the hotel star and number rating.
Location: We spent a lot of time on public transit.
Okay experience. The bed sheets and the bathroom were clean.
