The location is in the center of Causeway bay and is within 5-min walking distance to MTR stations. The room is a good size and clean. It is good value for money.

not recommanding
Stayed there for a night and regretted it.
Room was extremely small and basic.
I asked for a charger for my phone but was bluntly told they didnt have any. It was late at night and I had to go out and buy one myself. Staff was not helpful and this is definitely more of a hostel than a hotel. Only positive side : location.

The service from staff was excellent, and the location is excellent. The rooms are a bit smallish but very clean and functional.

The room is modern, with a queen bed, refrigerator and safe. The reception is at the fourth floor. There are several restaurants nearby, and some shopping centers, including Times Square, at a walkable distance. The breakfast and the space for it is very limited. Better to eat outside.

The location of the hotel in Causeway Bay is hard to beat. It's less than 5 minutes from the metro and close to some great restaurants. Amenities are minimal and the rooms are rather small but decent. Note there is currently a major construction project happening next door. We were not bothered by the noise on the 15th floor, but it could be more of an issue on lower floors. The two biggest points of disappointment for me were careless housekeeping and next-to-nothing continental breakfast. After the first cleaning service, upon return to the room I found several of my belongings I had left on the desk scattered and missing. The block of my phone charger had been knocked off the back and was stuck between the desk and the window, and a necklace of great sentimental value was altogether missing and never recovered. As for the breakfast, it was made up of toast, cereal, and hard boiled eggs. Nothing made to order and extremely limited options.

Location is great; small inn with little facilities; usually would not stay here because of price-value imbalance! Stayed here this time because of much lowered price compared to Lanson Place nearby.
Got upgraded due to low occupancy; room sufficient for one night; broken door security latch; bed uncomfortably hard; not worth it if room price more then 1200 HKD, I paid less than 800.

Nice hotel to stay
Location is very good, close to MTR and shopping belt. Breakfast is average, (bread, ham, cheese, fruit juice, corn flacks,coffee,tea). Not much space for luggage’s. Toilet is dim and small.

Location was good . Fairly close to the MTR and Tram lines. Derek Cheung one of the front desk managers was extremely helpful in planning my itinerary and resolving my booking issues before i checked in. One of the associate an older

Complaint is the room is extremely dim so ladies I recommend bringing an led mirror. I noticed the bedding was not cleaned properly

Pillows are too soft and it is kind of weird to have the do not disturb and clean the room buttons on the headboard. There was a couple of times when i accidentally flicked it. This hotel has a good location, plenty of food, near MRT station centred to malls around the area.

I was on level 5, directly above their courtyard bar which meant drunk people telling at each other until 1am. Other than that, the place was modern, comfortable and clean!

Bad: Don't feel welcome at all when claiming welcome drink handled by the very cold bar tender and cold milk (for coffee).

Quick Hong Kong trip
The location is great within 5 mins walk to MTR. The hotel room is small but neat with everything you need. Only minor note on the lighting in the bathroom and the condition of the shower area. Overall i enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

We were able to request for late check out till 1pm. So that's kind of good. But our flight was at 7pm. I had a meeting to attend but my colleague was sitting at their lobby to kill time while waiting for the appropriate time to head to the airport. However at abt 3pm, the hotel staff chased my colleague away and advised her to go to a nearby cafe instead.
That's unprofessional and embarrassing. Please relook SOPs for hotel treating guests that have checked out.
