View was spectacular. Room design and decor was spacious, luxe, sophisticated. Very comfortable. Equipped with Nespresso, tea kettle, minibar, even toothbrushes. Lots of storage. Dining table with two chairs. Plenty of power outlets. Water bottles freely supplied. Never saw a single housekeeping cart in the hallway but rooms meticulously maintained. Pool deck is beautifully landscaped. Adjacent to convention center. Walking distance to Wanchai MTR subway train. Concierge can arrange all restaurant or harbor cruise excursions. Restaurants at hotel were amazing. Coffee shop is newly remodeled and the buffet breakfast is vast and delicious. Staff is plentiful and well trained to provide excellent and friendly service. A fantastic hotel.

Me and my family had a great stay at the Canada Hotel. it was a peaceful and safe sleeping space outside the busy streets of hongkong tsim tsa tsui.
The room was cleaned everyday and we were provided with plenty of drinking water everyday and a clean bathing towels.
I love the water supply and the heater, although we were situated at the 16th floor the water pressure is still strong and you can enjoy a good bathe after a long day of walking and touring around hongkong.
I would like to make mention of grace and nina. they were very sincere with the service and the work that they provide. grace will surely greet you whe you see her in the halls and she is very efficient, always keeping herself busy.
also, the owner we spoke to granted our request to check out at a later time with a discounted price. he was very pleasant and nice to talk to. keep it up.
will surely come back here and recommend it to friends who would want to visit hongkong.
ps. would suggest that the reception would be more spacious.

The hotel is ideally located, the price is affordable, and the facilities are enough for my business trips.I've been staying there for a couple of years already and if the rate remain as it is I will keep going back to this hotel.

"Nice boutique hotel in a quiet area of Tsimshatsui"
The hotel is small and is located in a quiet area of Tsimshatsui. Takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway. Construction nearby makes it not so convenient to reach.
About 2 minute walk to airport express shuttle station (K4 line).

The family room was a little smaller than expected from pictures, but otherwise, it was very cosy & comfortable for a family of 5 to stay in. The staff were very accommodating & friendly & I would definitely consider returning again to Ovolo West Kowloon HK :)

From the friendly, helpful staff at checkin to the cute room and fast internet, this place is the best we have stayed in HK. Its about a 5-10 minute walk from Shueng Wan station so not too bad - unless you have a lot of luggage.
The rooms were small, the twin beds actually touched one another but the room amentities were all there. Supermarket and 7/11 both close by for snacks or an easy lunch plus a number of restaurants in the area. We walked along to Central Station and its not far at all with lots of boutiques and alley ways to explore along the way.
Definitely would stay here again for the value for money in HK.
