Newly renovated hotel and close to street markets.

Though the hotel is still under construction outside of the building, it wasn't noisy at all. The hotel is about 2 mins walk to Prince Edward MTR station. The location of the hotel is close to ladies market and other street markets, Moko and Langham Mall. The bus stops to go TST and Star Ferry are in front of the hotel. Also, from the HK airport, you can take A21 bus that stops in front of the hotel (very convenient). The hotel housekeeping is everyday. They change bed linens every 3rd day except the towels are change every day (hmm, fresh towels!!!). Toiletries are refilled every day. They also provides complimentary teas, Nescafé coffee, pop, and bottled water free of charge (and refilled every day). The hotel provides free wifi. They also have weighing scale that you can use in the concierge area to weigh your luggage before your flight. You can also ask them to print your boarding pass. The only thing we didn't like about is the walls are thin. You could have a next door neighbours that are too noisy... But overall, the hotel is nice and clean, friendly staff and good location!!!

Location: 旺角逛街,花街賞景,嘉道理道散步。
check in很快,員工有禮有效率,早餐服務好,但每日一樣,可稍做變化。 衣櫥太高,衣架固定,所以幾乎無法使用。

靠近中港通巴士站及其他購物區,離太子雖說0地鐵站約數分鐘步行,交通方便,鄰近有各式餐廳解決三餐。

Pros: 交通方便,無論往那裡都方便
雖說酒店內部及房間近期已翻新,除了地毡新浄外,我覺得跟我兩年前入住時差別不大,且房間面積好像比以前細小。雙人房只有一張放在書桌前的椅子,需向職員要求加椅子,否則另一人只能站着或坐在床上。隔音不良,坐在床上可以聽到鄰房聲音,幸好聽不清談話內容。

Easy to get around.....train, shopping.

Pros: Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Keep up the good works.
Location: Hotel location is good but not any kind of activity around, mainly just shops and restaurants.
Hong Kong is a nice place for eating and shopping.

Close to mtr prince Edward 2-3 minute walk

the front desk was friendly,wifi ok,very convenient to eat and 2-3minute walking distance to mtr. The best part is a23 bus direct to the hotel doorstep from the airport. The water pressure shower was the best i experience so far.Down side is I got bite by bed bug,the coffee shop noodle uncle serive is really terrible.

At the first time, Staff has book room at the 13th floor. It must to walk upstair from th12th floor to it. Why ??? I request to change room. I don't need to walk upstair. Staff said no available room. Why ??? So I call again. Staff said I can changed room to the 4th floor. why?? On the 4th floor, it is very small room.

Nice and comfortable hotel near shopping mall.

Pros: Near night market.
Cons: Sound proof wall as I can hear conversation from next room.
Location: Location is good as it's only 5 mins walk to Prince Edward MTR exit C2. Nearby cafe and eatery and shops made it so easy for visitors.
Rooms are clean and reasonable size. Convenience as it's located 5 mins away from MTR station and near night market and other shopping malls. There're also lots of eatery around the hotel that open late at night so you won't go hungry with out food.
