Beware the photos, which show a small but modern and sleek room. The rooms are shabby, worn and need painting. Window shades torn and stained. Towels provided are made of absorbent disposable paper! Toilets shut off inexplicably one night. Walls as thin as paper. AND SMALL ROOMS.

On the edge of Lan Kwai Fong entertainment district, if partying and drinking is your thing, the area is one street behind the hotel. It is very inexpensive for a hotel room in Central. That being said, you do get what you pay for. My room was fairly clean but there were a few little bugs around. My room was very small but no big deal. Towels were disposables. Cleaning doesn't happen for 5 days but you can throw your garbage out to the hallway and someone will pick it up. It is a cheaper place to sleep. It does this very well. If you want a place to relax, this is not the place. I do recommend this place as a place to crash for the night.

Good- Great central location, very convenient, 5 min. walk to local subway systemm, close to many touring hot spots Be aware- Resonably priced but the trade offs are room size is small , service is basic, no storage for clothing, no desk, suitable for short stay especially if you are out most part of the days. Not so good- air circulation inside the room is a little insufficient

Convenient but very basic
Location - super convenient (despite a fair few steps to climb) There is no ramp or lift access to the lobby, be aware there is about 10 steps to climb with baggage and the front desk guys will not assist. Hotel is still using Covid as an excuse to not give you a towel and instead issues you a paper tissue disposable one. It’s like a big paper towel and it utterly useless. Luggage storage is $10 per day (even for a few hours) Front desk staff I interacted with were very friendly.

The location is great, within walking distance to MTR and Tai Kwun. The room condition is poor. It has very thin wall. I could hear people walking, snoring and exercising at night. It was very cold at night (in January) without a warmer/heater.

Worst hotel I've stayed ever.
General: Room was damp and moist as the toilet is so close to the bed head. Bath room doors dont reach the ground so moist air will flow back into the bedroom, as it is constantly moist, the room feels dirty and disgusting when you enter. Floor laminates were peeling. Photos are bright and white but it was dark and just have this mouldy smell to it. Cleaniness: Linen were dirty and stained on day one, started to itch on the following days and mid way i noticed the sheets were yellow in colour and not white? They looked really old and dirty. Noise: Room walls were super thin and there would be rowdy neighbours knocking and shouting in the corridor every hour in the morning and disturbs my rest. Some knocked on my door thinking it was their crew. Safety: The bathroom was fully glassed, so on one of the days there was someone knocking on the door without specifying who is it to which i thought was the neighbour knocking on the wrong door again. Only to my horror the staff used his access card to enter the room!??!?!? what if i was showering? He didnt mention house keeping at all the whole time he was knocking. During check in i was informed that i can go to the counter on the day of housekeeping to let them know what time to enter, so why did he enter my room without me requesting for the clean?

Good foyer. Enjoyed a small room and it was, very much so. Air conditioning couldn't be switched off and was loud. Evidence of mould on the walls, under the paint. Showering longer than a couple of minutes meant the whole room became damp. Using laundry required an octopus card. Can be difficult to walk to from rail station as you may encounter very steep steps (though there is a stepless route, if you're wheeling a case).

I was surprised at how bad the condition was with this hotel. I'm okay with it being small and that long fright of stairs to drag my luggage up. I don't even mind the noise and smell. But I cannot accept that it's super dirty and wet. By wet, I meant, it's super humid. There're water dripping from the ceiling and wall from the moisture. The floor is always wet. If that's not bad enough, I found strains on the towels, bedsheets and pillow case. You can see mold everywhere. I'm worried about my health after staying there for 2 days. On the morning of check out, there were white dust (debris or paint) fell on top of us from the ceiling. And we found a bug on the bed.

The next room feels like its yours
I was woken up at midnight by the coupple next door. Drunk and singing at the top of her voice in a high pitch. Then the tv was on for an hour. Loud. Then they proceeded to sit up laughing and talking and other activities. They should be allowed to do this on their holiday. Its the lack of noise insulation. It sounded like they were in the same room. The idea of a hotel is to sleep. I didn't.

Very convenient and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and efficient check in. Cleanliness wise, could have done better. Can definitely see black stains and disgusting window shades. At least the bed was clean and expect the air conditioning to be slightly noisy too.
