Handy to central HK island

Cons: All good
Location: Good central HK island location
Very helpful staff. Was most pleased to be able to check in immediately in the morning after a long flight.

Good hotel very central

Good location

My room was somewhat dated and a little worn but comfortable. Concierge and Bell are the same guys. AVERAGE EXPERIENCE.

Good for both business and leisure

We arrived early but hotel let us checked in to our room. This was good as we managed to freshen up and even got ourselves a short nap before our shopping spree. Thank you to the front desk staff and concierge staff who got us a cab to ferry terminal upon check out.

Very good location, very good value for money

Staff very helpful, they even checked us in 2 hours earlier, room always clean with many complimentary things, next to all the attractions, easy for commuting, I would strongly recommend it.

Not the usual Novotel standards

Pros: Location was ok
It is Novotel brand but with IBIS hotels standards. Even though I'm a gold member and got upgraded to the premier floors but I still found the room and toilet very small which is not up to the normal Novotel standards. There was no view to my room. I would have preferred to stay at the less expensive IBIS in Hong Kong (I stayed there before) and enjoyed beautiful views.

The rooms are very old, it does not have a charging point near the bed. Normally hotels provide a mobile phone for the guests but this one there wasn't any.
