NOT 4 Star Material!

I've been to Hong Kong 3 times in 5 years. Every time we travel we stay at Ovolo Southside. This time a friend and I decided to stay at Ovolo West Kowloon due to being close to the Cruise Terminal. We were expecting good accommodations but we were wrong. We checked-in around 7pm.
The check-in process took about 15 mins and we waited in the lounge which was somewhat comfortable. Upon entering our room 10A, Duo Suite, we found that the room still appeared to be under renovation. The wall were dingy, the linnen was "white-ish", the bathroom sink handle was broken, the rooms one of the rooms was dusty and dirty, one of the two A/C units did not work and we were missing eminities.
Unforunately this was the standard in all the rooms because five other friends staying in three other rooms had very similiar complaints. We decided to leave Ovolo West Kowloon and go to the Ovolo Southside where we had stayed before during our visit to Hong Kong.
