The room is clean and well maintained. The whole property is smoke free which is the best. The TV is not properly situated. It is very difficult to watch.

Service was 100% i can say from check-in till check out was brilliant cleaning wS spotless only thing let me down was the bath tub bit out dated. Rest was all good condition will come back again

Terrible smoking smell in the room. Obviously the previous guests smoked in the room. The hotel needs to improve their management on smokers. The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower curtain is full of black mold.

Unwelcoming staff and dirty room
Room was filthy. Not sure if it was cleaned up properly before my check-in. Staff was less than friendly. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Would not stay at Regal Riverside again.
