I come every year. Really enjoy the property and the rooms. Thanks for adding more equipment to the hotel gym since previous years, I used it every morning.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly & helpful especially our Housekeeper Trinidad she was super friendly & so fast & efficient in cleaning & supplying our room. I’m sorry to say the king size bed was quite hard, uncomfortable to sleep on so I slept on the couch. We asked for a mattress topper & my husband was ok with it so he slept on it but I’m sorry but it was still hard & uncomfortable. Overall it was wonderful! I’d like to come back next year & hope the beds are more soft & comfortable. Thank you!

Paid for a sunset ocean looking room. Could not see the sunset! Paid for full kitchen but no dishwasher. When these were raised with staff they refused to discuss further.
