"excellent service!"
recommended by a friend, we stayed couple night before headed to Aulani. hotel is in more private area, front desk is very friendly and two kids received some cute freebie. room is nice and clean (housekeeping visited couple times after she noticed we returned from beach, she gave us more towel and cleaning supply) while we returned at night, the ice bucket are fulfilled (a big plus!) while we heading out, they offer extra towel to put on the car (they noticed we have 2 small kids and might go to beach) the service deserved more than 5 stars! beach is nice, clean and privacy you will able to see the dolphin and swim with dolphin in the hotel pool a take away point will be the gift shop (food and beverage section is very small and very very pricey) you will need to get water/food/snack before in return to the hotel at night (there's a shopping mall 10 minutes away from hotel) overall, we love this hotel and will definitely come back!

"Great hotel. Will return in the future."
We had an excellent experience. The hotel was in the midst of a major renovation when we were there. Even under those circumstances, things went well. The dining facilities were limited due to the construction. However, we will go back to the hotel again. My wife and I love this hotel. Despite the ongoing construction it was quiet.
