"When asking staff question’s a lot didn’t know the answer or provided incorrect answer that led to the runaround. Also breakfast tickets were not provided up front therefor we had to figure out our self’s on what was happening since it’s a service we paid for and given the runaround then as well. "Came here for mine and my wife’s honeymoon. It was our first time in Hawaii and we were blown away. Staff was wonderful, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping area (also attached to rental car place so very convenient if you want to explore away from Waikiki area). Rooms were serviced daily and didn’t have complaints. Regardless where you stay there will be a cost, but I can’t recommend Prince Waikiki enough to those who are looking for a place to stay. "

"Fabulous! Amazing views, across the street from the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants of Waikiki but near the end of the strip so away from all the noise and commotion. Immaculately clean throughout. Every single employee, from the super nice front desk people to the super friendly and phenomenal housekeeping staff, are truly exceptional. "This is a nice condo in a great location. The kids loved playing in the lagoon, pools with the slides, and the ocean. However, it would have been nice to have the listing more exact with the number of beds and types of beds. We tried very hard to figure out what the second bedroom contained before we came and no one would give us a definite answer. When we got here it had 2 single beds. I have 4 kids so this was not an ideal situation. I’m not sure why the listing isn’t exact."

"I liked how close it was to everything, the amenities ( having a kitchen, bbq, swimming pool, gym beach towels, mini store) I didn't having to pay for parking lol, and there was construction going on but wasn't bad. Room did not get cleaned until day 4 But other than that I would stay there again !"

"It’s a great bargain for this property. My little one enjoyed the playground and pool. However it was unfortunate that they have an elevator upgrade going on for a year. We wasted a lot of time waiting for elevators. We took the stairs which weren’t too bad, however I can’t imagine doing it if we were in the 20-30th floor 😬"

"I got this 2 bedroom/1 bath for a family of 6. Honestly, only a couple of negatives about this rental. One bathroom for six was challenging. There isn’t a bathroom in the lobby. The only other thing was that one bedroom did not have its separate ac unit. The front desk was kind enough to loan a fan during our stay. Front desk was amazing. Upon request, towels were exchanged. Laundry facilities are available but the hours didn’t work for us. They do provide detergent and the washer/dryer accepts...
