A pleasant surprise for the price.

Hotel staff was great and accommodated our requirements without any problems. Our stay was a spur of the moment thing for a funeral and they worked with our schedule without any complaints. The only reason for the 3 star on the facilities was that they were dated but I feel it reflects in the price. Definitely would stay again.

Good value for money in greater Birmingham

I chose a smoking room, which didn't smell too bad. Room was clean, no bugs, not noisy. Bathroom nice. A good value for money.

The wifi sucks.

The only bad things about my stay were: 1. The wifi sucks. Our room was right behind the main office and it wouldn't pick up at all. They shouldn't even bother advertising free wifi. 2. The free breakfast left something to be desired. Watered down gravy, cold biscuits, and mushy apples. Yum. Cereal, oatmeal, and grits were bearable. Other than that our room was clean. For the price it was good. I would pay extra next time and stay somewhere a bit nicer. The location is great.

Perfect location. The bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it with us. Desk Clerk at check out would smile.

Great location, hotel needs updates

Hotel was dated but clean. Breakfast was mediocre. But it served its purpose as a place to sleep on our way to Florida.
