Probably the best in Hope but certainly no 5 -Star

Pros: convenient location
Cons: quite noisy. We heard every movement from the room above us.
Location: Quaint little town with not much to do.
Very basic hotel. Dated but comfortable. Noisy at night since you could hear every move in the room above you.

Hi there, We encourage guests who experience issues to call the front desk to resolve the matter. Unfortunately the noise problem was not communicated to the front desk in this case. Please feel free to communicate any concerns to the front desk staff, as that is the best way to solve things!

Extremely unfriendly front desk staff. For a non smoking establishment that's all I could smell.

Hi there, Unfortunately our property is not "smoke free", however, ALL of our rooms are 100% non-smoking. In addition, our entire region has severe smoke from wildfires at this time and it is quite difficult to escape, both indoors and outdoors.

ok for one night

Pros: very close to the highway
Cons: update appliances, replace the shower curtain (holes in it), remove the need to go through locked door to get to your room.
Location: just fast food nearby and gas stations. But many other motel choices.
location along my driving route is ok. hallways smell of cigarette smoke. check-in staff was stern and bordering on the unfriendly. Too much emphasis on security, making access to your room cumbersome, particularly when you have a number of bags to bring in.

Thankyou ...As is standard in most Motels ,new electronic door locks are required....any issues in the room should be brought to front desk where issues ,can be resolved

Pros: The swimming pool
The room was decent considering it was inexpensive, however furniture placement was off. The television was put near the door and not in front of the bed.The pool and Hot tub were great though!

Very dated Smells moldy Was told too busy for late check out however my vehicle was the only one in the parking lot

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if you did not have a good experience with us. Please allow us the opportunity next time to accommodate you better at the property. Without proper communication, we cannot do our best to serve you. Please understand that there is a small window between checkout time (11am) to checkin time (2pm) for the next guests arriving. An empty parking lot at checkout doesn't mean we are not busy for the next guests arriving. In fact, an empty parking means everyone has checked out of the hotel already!

Pass on this hotel

Our room was not clean. Our 2 beds were full of long black hair, the pillowcases were dirty. The front desk staff did move us to another room, after confirming with us that it wasn't lint we were seeing on the beds. Overall the rooms, just didn't feel clean. We will not be staying again.

Dingy. Breakfast good but no where to sit. Pool nice. Room ok. Outside needs cleaned up.

Thankyou for your comments ..We have no sauna on site ..Pool and Hot Tub are available during posted hours ..The Breakfast area is small with seating ..The outside parking Lot was Just recently pressure washed and Cleaned .. Not sure where on site would be dingy

It's ok

This is not a 5-star hotel and it could use a major renovation. Would still recommend as it was clean, very spacious and do take pets. Received great and friendly service. They provided free continental breakfast. Would only use this place for a 1 night stay no more than that. Room also had a kitchen.
