Needed a place to stay for 1 night as we made our way to South Carolina. This hotel was just right. Not expensive but safe and clean.

Location was perfect. My biggest issues were there was only 1 elevator and the food was simply okay. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful. I would only stay there because of the convenience of everything

The only problem I had was breakfast was supposed to be served at 6am per the check-in brief but it was not ready or setup and that was a major selling point over cheaper/convenient hotels. Unfortunately I was on a tight timeline so that significantly affected my plans.

Dislike: The location wasn’t ideal due to traffic and having to make a U-Turn at a light to get there and pulling out the lot took time due to the amount of traffic.

Breakfast wasn't good. First room TV picture kept freezing and shower did not drain properly. Front desk allowed room change, however that room has dead bugs(spider)near balcony door. Room changed for third time-TV worked and bug free.

Paid for the room with a card, when they went to put a security deposit on the same card they said it was denied. I paid for the hotel room PLUS dinner within the last hour. Apparently they don’t know how to run a card

Very Nice
We just needed a place to stay for a night, that we could get a breakfast in the morning. We stayed here years ago and again just recently which has a breakfast that goes with room. The accommodations were very nice and so was the staff. We would not hesitate to book a room here if in the area or visiting with family members again.

The young lady working at the front desk was thorough and friendly. She walked us to the elevator and let us know someone would be available 24 hours if we needed anything. She made a point to point out the water stand and hot coffee. Much appreciated!

We came to town to visit family and this is the first time we stayed at a hotel. The entire staff was so attentive and professional. They knew how to maintain the quality of our experience during a busy Thanksgiving season. I travel very frequently for work and I was most impressed with the full breakfast service. Every item was clearly identified and quickly replenished by the staff. My only complaint was the tv remote did not pair well with the tv. I only noticed it on our last night. I would definitely stay here again. The facility was bright, clean and well maintained .
